While we are most famously known for our own unique brand of JERK CHICKEN /PORK that has been marinaded in a select blend of herbs & spices for up to 36 hours, before being slowly smoked in a traditional Jerk Pan to create that deeper, fuller flavour our customers demand, we also offer a great variety of other wonderful dishes including Brown Stew Chicken, Curry Chicken, Vegetable Curry, Rice & Peas, and much more.

We have recently added a new Eastern Caribbean dish to our range (well known in Trinidad), which consists of fried Bakes (Similar to fried Dumplings but made hollow with a thin, soft & light, delicate crust). These bakes are then stuffed with a variety of mouthwatering fillings such as smooth hound Shark, Coley (a delicate fish), Shredded Chicken, succulent Spare Ribs pulled off the bone, as well as Vegetarian options.

To finish, the Bakes are then topped with chopped salad and various homemade tropical pepper sauces, resulting in the most amazing, flavour filled, super sandwich on the street food scene today.
