went to coco bongos for the first time on the 29th july, 2 people held the gate open for our 2 year old then later our 5 year old, yes we were keeping an eye on them, but also the young girl on the counter with a slicked back pony tail,(sorry i didnt get your name) was also on the ball, and chased after them by time i got to them as we were at the far side,,,shes a credit to you, staff brilliant and food lovely

something for everyone we always have a fun time at bowling kids enjoy the play area and the arcade the staff are friendly and always happy to help nothing's ever to much trouble so weather your passing through or staying and having a meal you won't be disappointed

Well today we had a party here for our son and it was really brilliant all the staff was really nice the food was really lovely the kids all enjoyed it was smiles all around and the cake was marvellous thank you to all of you will be back again soon :) :)

We holiday in Mablethorpe every year and Mirage is always top of our list of things to do! Arcade, soft play, cafe, bowling... they've got so much to do we get lost in there all day xx Fab fun for all the family

We go to Mablethorpe every year for our family holiday. Go to Mirage as best place in town, something for everyone, food great and love the bowling. Save our arcade vouchers up all week and get some fab prizes for our son:-) Totally worth a visit:-)

Visited quite a few times now but impressed how the cafe now accommodates for coeliac and dietary needs and how re assured we felt it was all done separately as the kids do like visiting mablethorpe so makes it a lot easier

Very friendly staff .dog friendly too.had a game of bowling with my daughter at 21 and my parents who had never played before aged 69. And 72

Today we had our son's birthday party at Coco Bongos. It was a total success! He loves playing there with all his friends. No moans and groans just smiles and laughs. The soft play equipment is varied and there are lots of different things to do inside. Food is very good and there is plenty of it, enough to feed those hungry kids and parents too. Staff, as always very accommodating and friendly. Reasonably priced and good value for money for the length of time our party group spent there. Party bags were prepared by the staff and were of a good standard. Birthday cake (chocolate) was very tasty. I would recommend this for a party venue. Afterwards if you have the energy there is the Mirage arcade, bowling, cafe, dodgems and face painting. We will be back very soon.

My son had an amazing party...cant believe the service they provided and the food was perfect and so much of it followed by a beautiful cake out did my expectations thanks to the girls yesterday your amazing can't thank all the staff enough made his birthday perfect thanks xxx

My daughter spent her 5th birthday here today with 17 of her friends.

She has the ultimate package with a unicorn theme.

Impressed from start to finish, food lovely, staff helpful, decorated nicely.

Mirage amusements what can I say. Well this is the first time here and I will definitely be coming back. Fantastic day with my little lad. We had a game of bowls went round the arcade had lunch, saw santa in his grotto and a mighty fine santa he was too. Such a lovely man.so much better than there counterpart in Skeg well worth the trip for us.staff were brilliant. Clean ,good food,bongos play area and they have rocker chairs for young babies well impressed.lots to do for all. A brilliant way to spend a few hours.will be back many times over thankyou all .

Fabulous! I cannot rate this place highly enough. Such a brilliant atmosphere, and the staff team are kind, friendly, helpful and genuine in doing so. This personal touch really helped to make my sons birthday ūüéā (thankyou to Julie and the two Kirstys) such a great day. The facilities were clean, safe, and fun. The food and cake was fresh and delishous and they do fab hot drinks and bar for the grown ups too. Very civilised. Thankyou for making the party go so well and for takung the stress off me. You folks are ace! :-D

Love it here. It's very clean, the staff are fantastic (especially the ones at entrance of coco bongos), the food is excellent value for money and my kids love it. Great advertising ensures you don't miss any events. Have been coming since it was opened but In my view, it's the staff that make it extra special. Only niggle, which unfortunately is why I've given it 4 stars, is the toilets (esp ladies) keep getting vandalised and are often smelly.

Went to play bowling advertised as early bird so had to be their before 10am, called in midweek to ask if this was available on a Saturday and was told yes ,so on Saturday off I went with 3 young children got their just after 9 as the girls were opening up . Was told it would be about 15 mins until the bowling would be open so we went for a cuppa to save sitting about. At 9.30 we returned to be told be about another five minutes so we sat down and eagerly waited. All we could see was someone sweeping up no actual maintenance work was happening on the lanes, we was told by what looked liked a maintenance man I'm gonna be another 20 mins ( all he did was brush the laminate floor ) Eventually about twenty to ten we was allowed to bowl. Terrible set up and bad customer service will go elsewhere in future

It’s lovely to have the soft play and bowling in one location but staff have appalling customer service skills in the maple moose cafe.



The first time I ate here and ordered food after a 40 minute wait they brought out the wrong order for my daughter and didn’t apologised when I asked if they could kindly bring out the meal ordered instead. The food was also mediocre at best so sadly failed to make up for the poor customer service skills of staff.



The second time I only ordered a single drink. Places my order, paid and before even attempting to complete my order member of staff served the customer behind me and completed half of their order. Why queue, it wasn’t a long complex order. It’s unfortunate as my family live in the area we would be regular visitors off season too when the mirage relies on local custom.

£5.90 for a cheese burger, £4.75 for kids sausage and child’s handful size chips, my daughter and partners food came over half an hour after mine, theirs was that bad they couldn’t eat it and it cost over £17. Service and food over priced, slow service disgusting food. Never eating there again

My 6yr old granddaughter had saved tickets for a year (2800) so she could get a doll with butterfly wings, we got it back to the caravan to put it together, every time she picked it up the wings fell off or the head did!!! When we took it back the lady manager said it was not a toy, even though it clearly says it is on the box and she would not change it for another toy, my granddaughter was really upset. can’t believe such a rude person is in a managerial position!!!

I think it's a great place for amusements, however I don't like the staff who work in the kids area. We were told to leave today after my husband had a word with the parent of 2 boys who were hitting our daughter, they spoke to us first and answered back with the sane language as my husband yet we were the ones told to leave. It's not our fault they don't know how to look after their kids. The boys hit our daughter, notyhe other way round. I think this is disgraceful and a refund does not compensate for this treatment. I think your policies must be wrong. These people should have been told to leave as well or instead. We will never go there again. Our daughtetdaughtet cried because we had to leave. I can't rate in any stars because if this and I hope no pbe has or will ever have to go through what we did just becuase dondvoeople don't know how to be parent's. Absolutely disgusted.
