Need a show stopper dish for the weekend? This honey lemon miso baked salmon from our cookbook is super easy and SO delicious! 🐟😋💥
Ingredients • 4 tbsp white miso • 2 tbsp sake... • 2 tbsp mirin • 2 tsp soy sauce • 1 heaped tsp finely grated lemon zest, plus 1 tbsp lime juice • 4 fillets salmon or 1 salmon side flavourless oil, for the tray • 2 tbsp finely sliced spring onions
Method 1. Make marinade: in a small bowl, mix mirin, soy sake and sake until smooth. Add zest and stir.
2. Put salmon in bowl and pour over marinade, using hands to coat fish evenly. Leave for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 180c. Wipe away marinade with kitchen paper on both sides and place skin side down on an oiled, foil lined tray.
4. Bake for 15 minutes until just cooked through.
5. Take salmon out of oven, brush on some leftover marinade and place under preheated grill for further 3 minutes until charred and golden.
6. Garnish with black & white sesame seeds and spring onions before serving!

Reminiscing back to last summer when we filmed with @jamieoliver !! 3 more days until you catch our episode on channel 4's Friday Night Food Feast!! We have no idea how much has made the cut but we are pretty confident we are in it!! Haha!! I really can't find anything negative to say about this produce! I love it!! All the way from the design and packaging to the drinking of the soup which tastes fresh and authentic!! I will spread the word!
I never liked Miso soup until I tried Miso Tasty. It doesn't have the strong smell that other Miso soups have and it's only 37 calories so great for the 5:2 diet. I usually have a mug of Miso Tasty when I'm a little peckish between meals, or I'll add prawns to Miso Tasty to make it a meal in itself. I always have Miso Tasty in my handbag too just in case ! Lastly, if you order Miso Tasty online, the box it comes in fits through your letterbox so there are no issues with missing the postman !
I would highly recommend Miso Tasty. It's yummy.
I like the Spicy Aka Miso Soup by Miso Tasty. I have it every day at 11am and sometimes in the afternoons too, at around 3pm. You should try it too!
