Over the last couple of weeks I have been very busy seeing new and existing clients - both equine and human! I love hearing the updates on how they all are and admit to never tiring of this! Given Storm Gareth has put a halt to the riding today, it did give me the chance to catch up with my own horse and give him a session of Equine Touch - a tad overdue, oops! However, he might well be spoilt and have another session as this weather is not due to get much better before Sunday!!
Fab day seeing this amazing little mare. The photos show how her posture changed during the session. Really looking forwards to seeing her again in a couple of weeks.

I have posted the link to the Animal Health Trust site where owners may find information regarding the outbreak of Equine Influenza. I will be taking the usual biosecurity precautions so current appointments do not need to be cancelled at this moment. However, if your horse or any horse on your yard shows symptoms of EI, please let me know and I will reschedule your appointment. We all need to do our bit to stop the spread of this. Thank you.

A very valid thought. We are the first to get someone out to see to our horse but how many of us take the same care about our own bodies? Our horses do a great job of compensating for our own less than perfect selves. As we are in a new year, why not treat yourself too? VHT is a wonderful modality for humans - I am fully qualified and insured and have appointments available from this month - go on, be kind to yourself and your horse 😁

This is something I strongly advocate. Equine Touch as part of your normal routine, will undoubtedly help your horse! And this applies equally well to humans, so why not incorporate VHT for yourself too 😊

I have had a few enquiries regarding gift certificates/vouchers. These are a great idea for Christmas presents and I have just ordered some new ones (with my own logo on them), which should arrive next week. If you would like any please let me know. They can be for any amount from £5.00 upwards and will be valid until end of December 2019.
A truly busy week looming - lots of horses, humans and well on the way to completing all case studies for my level 2 canine touch! Which does mean, in a couple of weeks I can start to line up all my level 3 case studies!! In the meantime, slots are disappearing rapidly so if you would like a session for you or your horse before the end of the year, please book as soon as possible.
