BMF You might guess it's an acronym for Best Mates Forever but it actually stands for British Military Fitness and three weeks ago I started training on this outdoor, whole-body workout programme with Mark and Matt, two brilliant, supportive and motivational leaders. It's now my fifth session and I’m absolutely hooked.
It’s the fastest hour of exercise I’ve ever done and every session is completely different. It appeals to people of different ages, backgrounds and fitness le...vels; it's tough and fun and the camaraderie is something I’ve never experienced in any gym or indoor fitness class. Fresh air, inspirational encouragement and friendliness: these things make BMF very special.
I end each session feeling like I’ve achieved something both for myself and for a bunch of crazy people I’ve never met before! I leave feeling stress free, rested and centred.
I wanted to share this with friends and Guests because being the best we can be is part of the Morgan Hodges ethos. BMF is helping me be the best I can be. Maybe it can help you too.

Went in as a hair model last Tuesday with the lovely Lucy (who is due to qualify in next few weeks) & she was fabulous, sorted my colour out & did an amazing job. ( I was a tough cookie as didn't know what I wanted!!) I came back this week and she cut mine and my teenage daughters hair! She is very friendly but also professional and all the team at Morgan Hodges are really lovely! Thank you Lucy and also Sandra for helping with my colour! Definitely will come back as I have missed the whole salon experience! X

Recently visited Morgan Hodges for a gents haircut and hot towel shave which had been purchased as a gift voucher for Christmas. A problem with the voucher, my fault entirely, was rectified by the salon without any fuss in advance; it was as easy as dealing with John Lewis, pragmatic and first class resolution in my favor.



The barbers area is super comfortable with luxurious barbers seats and plenty of light and space. I enjoyed a great haircut and the wet shave was an experience; lots of preparation and a more than thorough razor cut.

Kathryn has been doing my hair for the last couple of years and I cannot recommend her enough! When I first went to her I had used a home stripping kit and my hair was in a terrible condition! After a couple of visits to Kathryn and taking her advice for treatments at home it was back to being healthy and not the terrible orange colour I had been left with after stripping it.

The Salon it's self has a really nice atmosphere and all of the staff are really lovely!

It's only taken me 30 plus years to find the best hairdressers ever. I went to Morgan Hodges for the first time recently, and absolutely loved it. I was going for a drastic cut to donate hair to the Little Princess Trust, so wanted to go to a good quality salon. I went into the salon yesterday with washed out dull hair that needed some tlc! It was so lovely to see Katherine who transformed me into a stunning copper colour and put some life back into my hair. I went in for my first ever balayage hair do today and could not be happier with the result! I was quite nervous about the change but the colours are blended beautifully and Bryony was really professional and knew what I wanted without me even really knowing! I love my new hair and I think I have found my new hairdressers! Have already booked my next appointment and would recommend to anyone.

I went for the first time to this barber in the Pantiles.Chantelle was very friendly and attentive.I was offered a coffee and some lovely peanuts as well!The excellent service is a credit to the management and i will most certainly return in the very near future.

I went In for a cut today as a model with the brilliant Gemma who is furthering her skills and needed someone to practice on. I needed a cut so badly and I am SO pleased with it! Literally the best I’ve ever had. Defo recommend her. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, they give the impression they strive for greatness and customer satisfaction. Morgan Hodges have chairs with massagers built in so the hair washing experience is very relaxing accompanied by nice conversation. Drinks on arrival (non alcoholic). I can’t praise it all enough. Also the well dressed gentleman on the front desk is very courteous, classy and professional. Everybody needs to go there don’t go anywhere else! In addition to this a gentlemen’s barbers is opening downstairs and also a beauty salon. So that just speaks for itself really ��enough said!

I visited today with the lovely Lucy as a colour model, I was very impressed - all staff were attentive the salon is very stylish and open and The massage chair was a much welcomed bonus. I have always had my hair cut by Natasha and love the fantastic atmosphere at MH! I sent my 16 year old daughter( who reluctantly gets her long hair cut as little as possible) down to see Katy today. I had my first visit to the salon yesterday and an appointment with Briony, after recommendation from a friend and I can't rave about the place enough! I had a cut and style in preparation for an awards evening and I was delighted with my hair, it looked fab! Sadly the heavens opened on my way home and drenched my lovely new locks. I was so disappointed but these things happen. However, later in the day I received a phone call from the salon who had heard that I had got a little soaked and they invited me back to re-do my hair for the evening event. Having moved into Tunbridge Wells a short while ago I have been striving to find a good hairdresser. Thank goodness I found Gemma who has done an amazing job on my hair colour. I would highly recommend her to anyone. My teenage daughter also has had colour and cut done with the lovely Bryony so many talented people in this salon. Having been walking past Morgan Hodges for the last 2 years, firstly admiring the lovely flower displays and bicycle outside, and then looking in thinking Im going to go in there one day.

Today I went in for a colour and cut, I received a warm welcome by name from Tom, followed by a amazing colour from Gemma and a gorgeous cut from Bryony, both ladies made me feel at ease and changed me from frumpy mummy to yummy mummy��, the latte was delicious too, thank you Morgan Hodge. XxX

Charly cut my hair and I absolutely love it. It was in such a state before she got her hands on it, years of neglect on my part! It was shorter than I was thinking to go, but I am so glad she was bold enough to do it because I am so chuffed with it! The whole team are really lovely. Thanks so much!
