Right from the very start and anytime I report anything, people like Sharntell Edwards from Property Management (who was absolutely reactive and efficient) could not have done any more to help me having a hassle free and pleasant stay in my flat. I highly recommend!

Looking for the ideal flat to continue our studies is something complicated, specially for someone as demanding as me. Luckily, Julia couldn’t have helped us any better to find the flats that meet most of our requirements, also making us comfortable throughout the process.

I’ve been a landlord with MR for over 8 years. In the early years, my experience with MR’s property managers was a bit mixed, because no one seemed to take ownership of my problems - I would get a different person replying every time and they never really on top of things. It was very chaotic and getting things done was like pulling teeth.



But that all changed a few years ago, when MR assigned me with a dedicated property manager. First I had Caroline Crane, who did a great job, and today Sharntell Edwards has stepped up their service to another level.



What I like about Sharntell is her dedication, professional manner, that she replies promptly and always seems to be on top of things. I like that she takes ownership so that I don’t need to micromanage - we work together more like a team. I’m aware that she has other landlords to manage, so she must be a master of plate spinning!
