I’ve been a landlord with MR for over 8 years. In the early years, my experience with MR’s property managers was a bit mixed, because no one seemed to take ownership of my problems - I would get a different person replying every time and they never really on top of things. It was very chaotic and getting things done was like pulling teeth.
