Nearly two years ago, I walked past the big dark wooden door – and was immediately pulled into this beautiful boutique Hammam on Fulham Road. The friendly girls working there, the interior, the decoration and the smell already brought me back to my previous Hammam experiences, whether in Turkey or Morocco.
Yes, it is not the posh and spacious greek-roman baths in Baden-Baden where I come from, but the result for me is the same, if not much more personal: everytime I go ther...e (usually every 2-3 months), if with a friend or on my own, I close the big door behind me after a couple of hours, my skin squeeking clean, pores free, mind relaxed, deeply calm and smiling. Every other time I treat myself to a 30 mins back massage, which I absolutely love getting there! Tailored to my needs and special requests, I feel light and upright. A nice chat with the girls and sweet cup of proper Moroccan mint tea are topping it off.
I always try to allow myself having 2.5 hours of time and no appointment directly afterwards, as I personally enjoy hanging out in the steam room for a little longer before getting scrubbed.
Will go back there soon!

The treatments were done professionally by the attentive, friendly team, and we left feeling thoroughly pampered, relaxed and happy with glowing, healthy skin. This place is great for some pampering. One will feel rejuvenated & relaxed after each session, not to mention the lady who does the massage ( Tahira Khan ). I suffer from frozen shoulder & she's the only one who can touch it without making it worse. They're really good in what they do. I'm hooked to it now !!!

Lovely atmosphere. Forget you are in the UK until you walk out and the cold hits your face.

I had a wonderful experience with my friend after purchasing a Woucher Voucher. The super friendly and professional lady was careful to talk through and explain everything that was happening. She mentioned she had worked there for just a few months so maybe not the same person that had caused issues for previous customers as stated in some reviews.

I would definatly recommend this place, I came out feeling wonderful! Hopefully I can go again soon.

Had a very lovely relaxung time staff we're fab but you're changing room neefs sorting even for 4 booked at the same time meant i was waiting in the hall! Not ok! But treatments were fab staff were great and had hot mint tea to warm me up in the hallway.

Atmosphere is lovely. Ladies are lovely. Of course place needs refurbishment but overall experience was good that's why I give it a 4*

Interesting experience. Authentic enough. Came away with a true body scrub and left with argan oil and orange blossom soaked skin.



Only negative is that it looks a little tired, but with a little repair it would look stunning and add to the overall experience.

I did not try this place but i try and visit motlay yaqoub in fes and it was really five starts .

Myself and my friend had a wowcher voucher for 90 min spa treatments for 11am today, we arrived and it was closed, we have contacted Moroccan beauty by email, Facebook message and phone multiple times with no response.

We have been standing in the freezing cold waiting for someone to turn up for 20mins. We then redeemed our £60 wowcher voucher and only got £28 back!

Looking at reviews they seem to do this often, regret not looking before we booked it.

Looking through the windows it looks messy with rubbish and kebab bags lying all over the floor and wet towels everywhere.

We are both so angry and annoyed, would definitely NOT recommend booking with Moroccan beauty unless you want your time wasted and to be mucked around ���

I brought a vouchers last week and was due to attend Friday just gone then received a call last min stating don’t come!!... no offer of another date I could attend ...as I was already in the area (Fulham) I thought best to still go and see what is going on so went to Moroccan beauty and behold it’s closed and there is a small for sale sign spoke with neighbouring business who have agreed to back me up and I have photo proof so waiting for a refund from voucher company or Nadia???



No contact received from Nadia so I will probably take it to the advertising standard authority etc...!

The owner named Nadia was very sweet prior to taking my voucher details, I even have email proof so while she was talking on the phone when I done the booking a week ago and emailing me she clearly knew her business was closed and for SALE this is false advertising!!! Youu can get in a lot of trouble for this with the law.. at least I think you can Hmmmm🙄



If you have a voucher do not give her your details as this may give her your money right away and it will take ages to get a refund from the voucher company and I guess it’s a loss to them as the business ( moroccan beauty may have taken the money and redeemed the code??)

Still no contact received from Nadia, so also checked out the reviews on treatwell and seen a lady was there 9 days ago so very weird between 9 days an my appointment on Friday the business seems to be for sale??

I find this weird so I will also contact HMRC to see if this company is even registered for VAT,

if I do not get any response from Nadia, rest assured I will not let this go lightly!!

I didn't want to leave a review like this but the spa has left me no other option. For a birthday treat my friend purchased a groupon voucher for two for a Hamman treatment and we booked in Saturday 24 June 2017. The therapist has injured me. She was talking to my friend while scrubbing my skin and I believe she was not concentrating on the job in hand. This has left me with a great deal of skin removed from my arms and back. I have tried to contact the spa to discuss this but they have ignored my email for 3 days. I can honestly say at the time it did not hurt to the level of damage I have received. I believe this to be due to the heat of the steam room. If I had felt in pain I would have stopped her but she has a duty of care towards her clients to look at the skin and see how it. I have photos on the injuries and have uploaded these to TripAdvisor.
