Minus Xmas day I’ve kept myself in great shape all over the Xmas break. Normally it’s my time to fully relax & eat crap solid for 3 weeks. This year I’ve decided too flip it over.
The biggest reason which has kept me back in training period is the positive effects it has on our feelings. Thoughts. Energy levels. Confidence. Stress levels.
Once you make a commitment & start taking your health seriously everything changes!
... Every single area!

Who wakes up to say this? -it’s a lousy day??
What I do know is that you have a choice every morning the minute you wake up to be thankful for all the small things & chose not to join the woe is me & complaining crew.
The gym used to be a thing up until recently I complained about! Now I change it round with I. Thankful I’m in great health & have the ability to use the gym!
... Let your cardio & your health let it do its natural wonders to your confidence... mental state... peace of mind.
You do have a choice every morning. What one are you going to chose!
Let this Xmas be a time to spread the love!
Drop the feuds!
Release the negativity!
Make a forgiveness!
Stop the complaining! & enjoy & Soak it up.
Merry Xmas xxx

That’s a real look. That’s a I mean business look. That’s the look when Dunc starts taking his fitness & diet seriously again. 🥊🏋🏾‍♂️

Decided to get my health back in check before I smash it Xmas day! This is my pre dinner before gym tonight, protein scoop (whey) whole banana, oats, water, milk.

Before I started anything I’m doing now I had to realise all our fears/doubts are self created & we all have a choice to replace the picture with Good.

The fire still burns.. I’ll never lose that devils look in the eyes.

Lost the fire??
Our normal routines/workouts can get tedious. This can cause us to fall off track - not commit - more importantly see little or no results.
Finding that routine & exercise which you can commit too - which gets you 100% fully engaged & immersed.
... To be encouraged & motivated by alongside others.
To leave you feeling a different person. To let those feelings positively spread over into every area!

You have a clear vision of where your heading. What you want to do..Who you want to become.
You have no idea how any of it is going to happen. Your ok with that. You don’t concern yourself with any how’s. Neither do you imagine what might happen or what could go wrong. You put all Your focus on all that can go right.
You deal with events as they happen not in your imagination.
... You just relax & have absolute trust & faith that everything will be presented to you at the right time. You don’t force anything to come to you or try & control events.
You let go & allow things to unfold.

Rewind back to 2009.. this was my 2nd biggest show I’d fought on. Hungry. Excited. Extremely fit.
This was a year after i started competing at age 16, i will never forget the change in paths the sport gave me.
-The shift in Focus
... -The channel in Energy
-The Discipline
Being a naughty lad in school growing up it was a real shaper.
Moving forward I’d love to train & see many more teens transform & let the sport send them in a new positive direction just like it did for me.

Mixing it up this Xmas.
Training can get repetitive. Without variation & seeing ourselves regularly progress & move forward.. we can fall short & lack consistency within ourselves.
Due to the nature of kickboxing.. you can see yourself each week:
... - Learning - Progressing - Gaining Confidence - De - stressing - Thriving in a team environment
It’s these benefits which can be the decider to you staying home in the evenings or training!
