I've been a customer for 30 years and i'm sorry to say the new layout hasn't helped things . For example 3 weeks running they have no stock of whipping cream , crusty cobs walkers crisps and many other items . This was 2,30 on a saturday afternoon . I understand how busy they get but empty shelves mean lost sales . The computer system records every sale so why do they sell out ? Also while i'm having a moan i think most of the staff could do with a few lessons in manners ...
