Morrisons

Popped into the filling station in St Ives, great fuel price. Staff were so friendly, made me feel like they were really pleased to see me, only noted one name, that was Libby, great customer service, unlike a recent visit to another large local store (won't name them) where the assistant was sat with her head in her hands, she really didn't want to be there! Long may the fuel price remain LOW!

I visited the Morrisons this morning, then sat in my car out of way of pumps, lite a cigarette, it dropped between the two front seats, which worried me, I went into the store for a glass of water,

Razz came out with his watering can, but we didn't need it, because with his help we managed to retrieve it,and it had gone out,

The staff in the garage work really hard ,and deserve more recognition for their help,

So a big thank you staff,have a nice day when your off, regards Maureen

Great selection and chose of food definitely be shopping there every week

Absolutely love it. And judging by all the queues everyone else does too

It was okay.

Not enough parent parking at all and the checkout Lady who served me was miserable as sin. No hello, no smile.... nothing.

Trolly collector did go and get me a trolly suitable for a newborn and a toddler so that helped, but he was also miserable.

Will try again but not in a hurry, lets hope the staff cheer up and actually speak.

Nice to see the petrol station organised. Whilst I appreciate the internet going down may cause some issues it doesn’t hurt for a member of staff to come to those waiting at the pumps to explain they can’t authorise filling and explain rather than sitting at the till with customers getting stroppy... needless to say I wasn’t a happy chap.
