Morrisons

I went to morrisons to see if I could get two items which I couldn't get in any of the supermarkets in braintree. Thankfully I managed to get them. Had a spot of lunch there aswell. Very nice. Bit disappointed with the childrens lunchbox meals. They couldn't do a ham sandwich. Only cheese or jam. Also the coffee from the machine wasn't very hot.

Got what I wanted and nice coffee and cake as well

Went to Morrison’s for valentine deal on the shelf was palma ham and beef wellington and Daphne’s pots and red wine paid got Home gave charged me full amount looked at meal looks like palma ham not on it but put on the shelf for meal deal not a happy customer

What a dreary store this is. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Very little to inspire anyone to cook. Some ok items price wise but it would help if staff went over to Maldon store to see how it should be run. I'd sooner drive the 14 mile round trip than 2 minutes to come to Witham. Sad as we were customers there long before it was Morrisons. I think in a word - lacklustre applies

Why is Witham store so lacklustre and dismal? Poor lighting, empty shelves in fresh produce and advised by customer service due to high crime in Witham there are security barriers to prevent theft



Other Morrisons stores such as Loughton and Maldon are lovely and bright and no security barriers!!

When are they going to replace the freezers and fridges they constantly breaking. Ice cream and isn't even frozen when you buy it. It's disgusting how much water is constantly flowing across the floor, today I watched 2 elderly ladies walk through the puddles. The store is dirty all the time. Think I'm gonna ring head office pictures to follow

The cafe breakfast is awful very greasy and the bacon couldn’t be eaten and the staff in there are very rude.....see picture in comments

So my sister in laws partner came into this store tonight after a 14hour shift at work to grab his daughter some bits, to be followed round by your security guard and to have him hovering behind him making him feel very uncomfortable!!!! Then to question him about what he paid for!!!!!

I think it’s utterly disgusting u slow this to happen!!!!

I thought unless suspicious activity you aren’t actually aloud to do this!!!!!

This store has gone down hill so much! He won’t be returning again!!!!!!!!!!
