Mothercare Bromley

Really disappointed! Went to your store in Bromley today as was visiting family in the area. Was shopping instore and My 3 year old needed a toilet i also had my 4 month old baby in a pushchair. Looked on wall to see the toilets were located on the first floor so had to go in the lift with two children and time i finally got to the first floor my little boy was busting. I asked the staff where the toilets where and they said im afraid they are out of order. My little boy was desperate and can normally hold it in. They said we couldnt use toilet as basin was broken on the toilet and i wasnt allowed to use the staff toilet. The time i got back in the lift and to the ground floor he had wet himself and was soaked �

I then had to go and purchase a new outfit and shoes.

I thought it was very poor for a baby and childrens shop and i dont know how long the toilet had been out of order for too.
