My son absolutely loves the under 5s soft play area. We go at least once a week if not twice. All the girls are lovely! It's a struggle to get him to leave. Yesterday we went and there's a little car he sits in that had ran out of batteries but the girl went and put new batteries in it for him. Very happy mummy x

Brilliant after sales service when I dropped in with a problem with my buggy. Sorted it for me after a short wait. Followed up with coffee and playtime in ELC so my toddler was happy too!

Went here with my daughter yesterday for a big store we couldn't get a few things we were looking for! The Toilets were a mess and the hand dryer didn't work the upstairs toilet was out of use! Awkward if someone is pregnant and with a toddler in tow and needs it! Someone walked out of the store and set alarm off, no security to see if it was a genuine mistake like tag left on so not really impressed with this store really.

Just visited the Edmonton store and just got home to realise they have left the security tag on my son's new coat. I now have to get a toddler back in the car to go back. It's really infuriating. I tried calling the store but they are not answering. Really they should come and get it from Me!

It was a boiling hot day, no A.C. all customers and staff were sweating really badly.

The toilets were dirty.

The Costa chairs were dirty.

Not the best of experiences.

Being refurbished at the min so hard to comment on store. But went there last week for several items and had to ask where things were. The young staff couldn't have been more helpful and they were very polite to me. ☺️

An amazing store with everything we needed, we'll deffo be going back. My only complaint was that we wanted a full demonstration of the icandy Peach Blossom but due to them not having any of the attachments required they could only show me how it folds up! I wanted to see all the different seat positions & variations which we were unable to.

Visited yesterday with three year old Twins and Pregnant Mummy Mummy wanted to order furniture so I took the Twins to soft play and I had a Costa I just wonder how the staff work there when there's no air conditioning! To me it dosnt entice people in Twins played for less than thirty mins as they were hot and thirsty good job Mummy was quick getting what she wanted!

Would never shop here. Prices WAY over the top, you can get things just as good elsewhere for a fraction of the price.

Went after 5 years, service used to be exceptional, such ashame it's not the same... I went to get maternity winter coat, when asked for help 1st lady looked at me like i was talking another language and 2nd lady was even more rude told me to go buy larger size else where as mothercare do not do maternity coat... seriously? Does she not understand cutting/fitting will be different to regular fitting? Please do train your staff, seems like most recent reviews very similar to mine

Terrible service from Mothercare, ordered furniture the delivery was cancelled and was never notified of the new delivery date. Had to cancel work 3 times and stay in all day. I though that was bad enough, wanted to return the items and have still not had a pick up date after 2 weeks. Mothercare rely on a courier service to contact you to arrange pick up. Overall poor service and extremely disappointed, last purchase from Mothercare from us.

Ordered a stroller to be delivered instore. Get a text to come and pick it up, but only only one part had. Wasted journey we as parents of a disabled child can ill afford timewise. Staff promised to update us on the order, but no one has bothered calling. Been trying to call all day long and no one answers. £550 out of pocket with no one having the courtesy to update us. Awful way to treat your customers.

I've visited this Morhercare with my 14 months old twins, as usually there are NOT enough of trolleys to use. ( they is like 4 trolleys available only! )There is not even one double trolley to use so I could let my twins to sit down.

I've complained about this to the store/manager at least 4 times. I was promised they will do something about it, but obviously can't can't bother at all!

I've spoken to few other mums of twins, they have same issue, they did complained, but Mothercare doesn't care obviously!!

Also not good idea at all to put the Costa coffee upstairs! What a stupid idea! The entrance is directly opposite the stairs! which is very dangerous for children, they can run straight down the stairs!

I usually love this place, but yesterday I had a really bad experience. My shoes were stolen from just outside the gate of the softplay. I was absolutely disgusted because someone purposely took my daughters shoes out of my own to take them. The staff in Mothercare were disgraceful and weren't helpful at all. The lady at the softplay centre however was as shocked as me and couldn't believe it. I have been told by other mums that children's shoes have been known to be taken too.

I spoke to one of the ladies on the phone that owns the soft play and she basically told me that there was nothing she could do. Didn't even offer me compensation.... nothing. However on both the terms and conditions placed outside the soft play and on the website it does not state that we're solely responsible for our own shoes.

I called the lady later on that afternoon, no answer. I left a message and still no response.

The fact that a company like Mothercare and also the soft play company shrugged their shoulders to my situation disgusts me. I will warn others if they do want to go then make sure you carry your own shoes and children's shoes with you. Don't ever leave them outside the soft play.

I took my bugaboo in to be repaired and they gave me a loan pram that was broken and then to top that off I couldn't get hold of the store to tell them this so was house bond for the 12 days they had my pram and to top that off they damaged my pram and still to this day I can't get hold of them such poor customer services even the mothercare customer services are agreeing with me at how badly iv been treated thank god for bugaboo for emailing me

I placed an order for nursery furniture in store, immediately had problems with delivery, spent the best part of a week trying to get into contact with someone who could help, delivery turned up when I was at work (I'd specified not this particular date), knew from this point there would most definitely be problems with the delivery, sitting around in a van and warehouse there was bound to be damage - finally received my order and the delivery drivers cleverly lent all the boxes in a way I wouldn't see the hole or taped up areas of the box.

After a couple of weeks, started to build the nursery and both sides of the cot were damaged, dent in wood, black marks all over and the back panel of the changing table was marked.

The next day I went into store, I refuse to deal with their customer services over the phone and was told I would need to go home and contact customer services and email copies of the pictures I had as proof of damage - of course I refused.

After much discussion, my options were to bring the cot back myself - I found this hilarious, at 39 weeks pregnant and driving a Suzuki Swift! Or they would arrange the delivery company (I had already had a nightmare with) to collect the goods (up to 10 days),investigate (how long is a piece of string) and another 10 days for delivery, all options leaving me without a cot - I refused these options, asked for a new cot to be delivered, told no, asked for a temporary cot, told no and then suggested a travel cot, told no!

The women was extremely unhelpful (her colleague was great, and watched over my 2 year old as I argued my case)

After her speaking to customer services, they decided to send me out new parts for the cot but not collect the old! Wouldn't help with the changing table as I didn't have a picture.

Terrible service!!! Left not happy with the outcome but thought I'd go into labour speaking with the woman and thought it would best for my stress levels and leave.

Now have damaged changing table and broken cot parts sitting in my garden - near £400 well spent - NOT!!!!!!!

I go here quite a lot as it handily to get too and to take a double buggy with twins and my son but I do have some complaints.

2 some of the stuff are terrible they have no clue in product pls do ur home work before you go every time I go it a different answer.

3. They loose a lot of thing u either click and collect or had fix

3 there never is enough stafff half the time

4. There not enough baby bays every time I go the full I know it mother care but there more disable and there always entry.

Hi I visited the Tottenham mothercare last month with my husband and 4 year old daughter I am also 8 months pregnant. I went in first as my husband parked up he got out and my daughter nearly fell in an open drain that was outside your store he told the manager swiftly as someone could have been seriously hurt. In the meantime I was waiting for a member of staff looking up something for me no one came over to let me know how it was getting and I ended up standing there waiting for 45 mins even when I asked. I eventually went to pay for bits I had and mentioned again to member of staff who eventually found the lady who said she asked someone to let me know but they didn't needless to say I was unhappy especially being heavily pregnant waiting. They apologised but I was unhappy and quite disappointed at such a big store which I always would prefer to go to and I just left with my purchases unhappy.

I done a few orders Online for a crib and glider nursing chair both didn't come when meant to fir delivery and when I unwrapped the chair to fix up half of the screws where scattered in the box not in the blister pack!we couldn't believe it also some of the washers were missinf for the screws!I don't expect this from paying £150 for something absolutely discusting! I feel like everytime I order something I am always disappointed and it's not small amounts I am spending.
