Fantastic service for returning broken xpedior for a whole new model.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when we went to buy a pram. They let us check it would fit in the car and spent time answering our questions.

Lovely shop but when yr pregnant the tills should move a bit more faster just saying xx

I went to buy the new graco seat, as my partner went in to purchase it, the women behind the desk said they must see if it fits to our car but they hadn't watched the training video! So me & my partner had to sit in the car waiting for them to do their training. In my opinion I don't think items should be put on sale if they require training & your staff hasn't trained for it.

The 2 women came out, didn't have a clue what they was doing, said it didn't fit & then questioned me about my old carried, I said my little girl had outgrown it as she is very long & they called me a liar!!! I said I didn't want it from them & left.

I went to toys R is across the road & a lovely ladie showed me how it works & that it FITS LOVELY & the ladies in mothercare was fitting it all wrong!! I've now got the car seat at the same price with a much warmer reception & not being patronised or being called a liar over MY OWN CHILD! Disgusting!

I purchased a pouch of food about a month ago from mothercare and opened it while there to feed my son. It was mouldy and looked awful so they swapped it. I went to mothercare today and bought another pouch, after feeding a spoonful to my son I smelt it and I wouldn't of given it to a dog. It smelt like sick and looked horrible. I took the pouch back after explaining this was the second pouch I had bought that looked and smelt awful. The lady behind the counter spoke to her manger and asked me if I would like another pouch.... of course I didn't .

I think it is awful that 1-the manager couldn't be bothered to see me (appreciate she may of been serving customers) and 2-they didn't even bother to ask if my child was ok!

Horrible manager who has an attitude problem! Back when my Tommee Tippee machine stopped working she refused to test it and refused to sell me a filter to test it with! This resulted in my baby being very sick. However when I eventually could afford to get to the next nearest store the amazing women at Chelmsford mothercare sorted the problem! Never stepping foot in the Harlow branch again!
