Thank you for all your help with my new car seat matrix light 2 fabrics from Jane, it was so good that I could have your support in replacing it. Big thank you to the one in charge of it ( Jakie) who took time to order and call me even tough I only communicate with her via message left with the staff as I was not able to reach the store at the times she was on duty.

Grace at Mothercare in Hayes looked after us today. Very helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better shop assistant to help us out today. Not only left with a better understanding of prams and car seats, but a much greater opinion of Mothercare vs other reviews we had seen prior to our visit. Good job Grace.

Good Customer Service.

Very poor service. We were there for about an hour waiting to be served and for our reserved product to be found. Once found the staff did help get it to the car.

Very bad customer service. Car seat was delivered burnt and torn. Wasn't much done about it! Really poor considering mothercare is supposed to be fantastic. Not a great experience in this store!

This is regarding my order 31766340, I placed the order on 21 Dec and its expected to deliver to store by 29th Dec and I I still see the order status shows as processing, no mails or any further updates on this. I am very disappointed to see a delay for more than a week than the expected delivery date. I am not sure what level service is provided to customers and it takes more than 2 weeks for an order and customer needs to be chase to know the order status. I at least would expect a delay communication mail or a call in case of any delay. Worst experience will never order anything again with mother care.

The WORST customer service I ever ever experienced. Unprofessional manager (Nimesh?) could solve simple problem, so had to go to another store where they helped me straight away in 5 minutes. I do not recommend this branch, please go to Hounslow - way better

Just be very careful with what the staff promise you in store and your expectations. When we went to purchase all the baby stuff, we were promised that all our items/furniture will be delivered to the home address in the required room ( even after asking them couple of time, if they were sure). But their carrier service are totally opposite to that. They just drop your stuff downstairs and expect a heavily pregnant lady to pick them up herself. We live in 2nd floor apartment and the delivery driver refused to deliver the items upstairs. When I first called the store to ask why this was the case, they were totally not helpful. They had no clue and just said they can't help with carrier service issues. Then why in first place give false promise to customers? They just waste your time and make it more stressful with all the other stress you already have.
