By using quick fix rapid result transformation driven marketing, many are left believing that their muscles will grow in days and weeks. The subliminal effect of using rapid physique change, reinforced by manipulated and chemically enhanced imagery is that many (men and women alike) are put off training hard due to its perceived effects πŸ‘πŸ» 2) Our advice is to never use physique change as an objective for training. Detach aesthetics from exercise. In doing so your relationship with training will improve and you will be far more likely to actually achieve long term health, fitness and indirectly an athletic physique πŸ’ͺ🏻 remember that the way your body looks is simply a result of the demands placed upon it, focus on enjoying those demands, learning new skills and competing if that motivates you πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ•ΊπŸΌπŸ˜€
