CLIENT STORY - ANDREA
When Andrea, first arrived she had very little experience in training with weights. Her goal was to get into the best shape she’s ever been. I explained it wouldn’t be an overnight task and it will take patience, hard work, focus and determination. I also promised to make it as enjoyable as possible otherwise she wouldn’t stick to it.
We had a little obstacle regarding a long term injury she was suffering from, which we worked around. Andrea, always tur...ned up with a smile, very focused and determined to get stronger week by week, which she did ever so well.
Every training session was a real pleasure. She made my job easy with how quick she could master the technique of the exercises and execute them brilliantly. She trusted the process and the results speak for themselves. So proud of this woman. 😀

Don't wait until you're ill before you start looking after your health. I've seen people close to me and far pass away from not taking care of themselves. We don't know when our time is up but at the same time don't speed up the process.
You don't have to join a gym, just walking a bit more, playing team sport, get out and about. Keep your body mobile.

What can you achieve in 60 days with online coaching?
This client/friend is an absolute pleasure to work with. Why? He's committed, hardworking and makes no excuses.
He's got a stressful job, a wife and child to support, which makes things a bit more challenging. However, he didn't make excuses, he just cracked on with what he had to do.
... If he had a beer too many, he'd tell me. If he wasn't able to train due to work commitments, he'd tell me. He was honest throughout, which is what I ask from all my clients as we're in this together. If you hide things from your trainer it makes things difficult to assess as to why progress has stalled etc.
This is the 2nd transformation, Joe has done with me and it's safe to say he's bettered his previous condition, which his wife even told him without me saying anything.

Want to work up a sweat but short on time?
Try this Barbell Complex circuit. Men and Women can do this.
5 exercises back to back without releasing the bar from your hands.
... A1: Push Press A2: Squat A3: Bent Over Row A4: Deadlift A5: Press up
*Each exercise 5 reps apart from the press ups, which is 10 reps.
5-10 rounds with 1-2 mins rest in between each set.

Whilst watching your favourite TV programme here's a workout everyone can do whilst the adverts are on.
10 x Squats ... 10 x Press ups 10 x Lunges (each leg) 10 x Squat jumps
Do as many rounds as possible.
Dance at the end is optional. 😜
