What a great relaxed atmosphere with friendly and happy staff. The Hotel has a feel of a relaxed city centre hostel, with simple touches.



Hand pump soap instead of fiddly mucky small soaps.



Lights under the bed that are motion sensored, no need for large useless cupboards, the bed, oh the bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in!



Most people when they stay at a hotel, want friendly staff, comfortable bed, secure room and basic pleasures.



The food is basic continental breakfast fare and absolutely fine, with some great added touches, like the quirky signs and books lying around to read.



The reception area is perfect, allowing you to go off and play chess or use an iMac to browse the internet, with quirky and trendy decor too.

We will have stayed 5 nights by the time we leave London. We booked this hotel off the internet with little more to go on but the reviews and ratings. It is a treasure! Amid the construction of what will soon be a beautiful precinct, this hotel is modern with some fun features. The staff are warm, extremely friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Nothing is too much trouble. Interestingly, one would expect the young and trendy to be here in droves but it is the more discerning mature people whom we have seen mostly. The room is very comfortable and uses modern technology for lighting and energy efficiency. I like the idea of an ironing room which I believe is on every floor. The fun colour prints in the rooms and reception areas just add to the appeal of the place. Would definately recommend this hotel to others.

Very good hotel relaxed atmosphere, we had a family room for 3 of us loads off room staff were young but very polite and helpful breakfast was plentiful.

This is a great Hotel the staff were all so friendly could not do enough for you.



It is great to have the check in desk at the bar and grab a drink once check in is done.



The rooms are well decorated and the motion sensor lights under the bed are great when you need the bathroom in the night as there is no need to switch the main light on and it does not light up the whole room.



The continental Breakfast was lovely all nice and fresh.



This hotel is only a short walk from the tube station.



I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning to stay.

Super cool place... really clean..... just woken a little early by the airplanes that are really close !!

Regrettably we could only stay for 1 night. Upon arrival the cleanliness and querky decor was eye catching, no two walls were the same. Check-in was efficiently quick and complimented with a 'naughty or nice' cocktail!



The room, averagly sized, was very decorative and clean. It came with a host of entertainment featuring a smart tv with the ability to connect your own devices, using the hotels free Wi-Fi which was impressively easy to connect to and provided a great signal.



Breakfast was provided from 0630-1030hrs. Although only a continental service was layed on it was full of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, cereals and hot and cold drinks, and of course the pastries. It was a pleasent surprise to see the breakfast was well replenished as we had attended breakfast towards the end of the meal window!



We highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it was clear that it appealed to the young adult market. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Me and my Partner stayed here for the weekend.We cannot praise this hotel enough.It is very trendy clean and the staff are lovely it’s our favourite place so far.The only thing is it could do with a phone in the rooms.We will be back soon �

Great little hotel, don't really want to review it because I don't want the secret to get out but the staff deserve praise. Room was lovely, massive and well appointed, bar area nice and relaxing, however the staff made it, not one of them wasn't attentive to a fault, always smiling and that makes such a difference, thanks very much!

Great hotel. Amazing eccentric decor and design. Funky background music played day and night and in the elevators, great room lighting very comfy bed, friendly staff. Great views of city airport runway (They have triple glazing, so very quite). Light rail station only 2 mins away and local shops 4 minutes on DLR

Enjoyed an overnight stay. The room was extremely comfortable with plenty of light thanks to the enormous floor to ceiling window. A lovely nght's sleep made even better by the addition of a light censor under the bed allowing for a safe middle of the night trek to the bathroom. The staff were friendly and approachable. The only drawback was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room but I would definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend.

As a Marriott gold elite, staying at Marriott properties all over I'm very familiar with what to expect from the brand from a comfort, amenities, perks and service stan point. When I was working with my reservations rep on which hotel to stay at in London I was informed about this new concept boutique hotel by Marriott. Based on what I saw/researched about this new brand I was intrigued and decided to give it a shot.



I have to say, we had a fantastic stay (4 nights) at this property. Far exceeded all my expectations. Has a terrific vibe, ambience and feel to it. Very chic and contemporary with tremendously hospitable moxy crew. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a cool welcome cocktail, since I am eligible for an upgrade got an upgrade immediately and were just absolutely pleasant and friendly. Each day they helped us with directions to anywhere, train info etc etc. The continental breakfast they serve each morning too is just right with variety and taste. The rooms were trendy and comfortable with ambient lighting etc. Great feel! Overall an excellent hotel, crew and I look forward to being back.

The rooms are cute however for long stay (FYI no dresser for clothes) I am staying 6 days living out of the suitcase .the free breakfast (visa promotion is amazing and many chooses) it's a 3 minute walk to the DLR trains (30 minute commute to central London. Not bad at all ) the lobby is very nice as well .its a new hotel opened in March 2017 part of the Marriott fleet .Overall I am enjoying my stay

The room was lovely and well designed out.. two TVs were a plus point! Would have been 5 stars if there was a kettle in the room! Stayed with my little one so it would have been convenient to have a kettle in the room but overall was a good night stay x

Really chilled out and cool little spot, with interesting decor, comfortable clean rooms and decent showers (an essential!) Tidy, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Quick ride on the DLR to some great food spots in Canary Wharf. The snacks and drinks selection are great. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

No tea and coffee in the rooms was a little bit of a pain in the mornings, but nothing unforgivable.

Hotel was just about ideal for our overnight stay. We booked a night for after a concert at the O2 and found the hotel rather trendy, the staff were just delightful and happy to help us. We appreciated the complimentary cocktail on arrival as we were hot and tired.



The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great, also the toiletries were a welcome touch. The room itself was spotless and had great lighting and a good TV set. I was pleased to find a hairdryer too.



Down at the bar/reception I admired the fingernails of the lady serving me coffee and mentioned I had a panful tear in one of mine, no problem she said, and went to fetch me a band aid unprompted.



I would love to see tea and coffee in the rooms and would be prepared to pay a little extra for this, but it's easy enough to pop downstairs to buy a drink to bring up to the room. How about vending machines on each floor for hot and cold drinks?



All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly book again, every member of staff greeted me and said hello/good morning etc. so it felt very friendly.

Clean and basic but really missed coffee/tea facilities in the room! Having to get dressed to get a cuppa first thing is unnatural as that what helps me in the morning! Enjoyed my stay and would book again.

Gold Elite member. Staff nice and attentive. Location good price good. Aircon not working in room first night and as a Gold Elite member should have been upgraded but was asked or given. When I did ask they said they were full but unsure what that had to do with it - does that mean ALL the guests staying were Gold Elite members then? Seems pointless these days being a Gold Elite member - makes absolutely no difference. Time to use another chain for all the business stays I think.

I stayed there for a night with my 14 year old daughter because we thought it looked very trendy. As we checked in we were told that £10,refundable, had to come off my card in case we made any purchases. So after texting my son to transfer some money for me this was done. Upstairs in the room, apart from the funky lighting, disappointed. Very small bathroom, 1x pillow each and no tea/coffee facilities! Then in the morning just a continental breakfast with no option of a cooked one. £10 price tag for this each I felt was very expensive! When we came down to hand in our key card and check out I went to hand over my card to get my £10 refunded back to be told this could take up to 5 days!! The hotel I feel is all show with not much else to offer I'm afraid.

Staff are friendly but inexperienced



Third time in this hotel and at least I was late and for the first time there was not a huge queue to checkin in an unmanaged queue with an incredibly long checkin time.. this time I get the room with no sink or plumbing, and as there are no phones I go down and am helpfully sorted and then get the room that smells. Too tired to go down again.



Will I stay again.. mmm. Jury is currently out
