My sessions with MPH are really enjoyable. I find it hard to get motivated to excersise (especially in the winter!) but Matt really made the sessions enjoyable and once I started seeing the results I was hooked! Matt is really knowledgable and has even helped me with a diet plan. Highly recommended!
Matt is a fab trainer and I am looking forward to getting back into training and getting bikini fit with him very soon!
