Now THAT’s what I call a spin class. Thank you fantastic girls for letting me be part of your enrichment process (still fairly unclear what that is) and requesting songs I’d never heard of (Bally anyone?). Your energy, dance moves and singing were totally infectious.

Man. I love teaching spin so very much. Just so much. Even after years and years of 25 classes a week, I still get a massive buzz from instructing, there’s nothing quite like it. That’s mainly down to all the wonderful clients, so thank you to my massive spinning famlee for giving me all the cycling feels. 🚲❤️🚲

Hugely excited to be able to announce a collaboration with @wearespinder this coming April! 🚲 🌈 Spinder run absolutely amazing spin classes for the friendliest gay community in London and I’m delighted to have been asked to put the boys through their paces. 🚲🌈I’ll be leading a spinning masterclass on Sunday April the 7th at 2pm focusing on fabulous choreography and improving power and FTP. 🚲🌈 It’s gonna be an hour of the best of both cycling worlds.
