Off to my first meeting !
This year I am mentally preparing for wedding season with early bed times and drinking lots of water... actually spending time with myself . Eating all the things I like .... sensibly .I am particular about what I listen to , watch or who I engage with .
A new experience I have had with a few of my brides is fasting a week or so ahead of their wedding .
... I can't explain how I feel or where I am in life but I feel good and ready for this season.
Any minute now you'll experience my first wedding .
Random : my favourite read ahead of the season is Casa Mundi, particularly the chapter on a monk's house in Pagan, Burma.... Monk Thondara and his lifestyle. This type of lifestyle is my goal for this season.
