Extended Access. We are pleased to be able to offer our patients access to routine appointments at evenings and weekends. The new service is part of an extended access service which has been commissioned by NHS South Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group. Appointments are for pre-bookable non-urgent appointments and are available between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Appointments will also be available on bank holidays and ...across the Easter, Christmas and New Year periods The service endeavours to see practices across the area working closely together to provide convenient high quality care and may mean that you can take advantage of an appointment with our health professionals. We will also be seeing patients from other practices at these times.
Thank you.

We are now vaccinating our at risk and eligible patients. As per Public Health England's guidelines, there are now 2 different vaccinations for 2 age groups. We are vaccinating 18-64 year olds with Imuvac and for 65+ years we'll be vaccinating those patients with Fluad. We have various weekday clinics available and an appointment isn't always necessary. A Pinchbeck clinic will be held at our sister practice on Wednesday 17th October 2018 between 9-11:30am. Please call 01775 715999 to book an appointment.

You may have received a leaflet in the post inviting you to get your repeat prescriptions from a company called Pharmacy2U. Here are some important facts about Pharmacy2U which we feel you should know: Pharmacy 2U CANNOT order your medication on your behalf!
• Pharmacy2U has nothing to do with us.... • Pharmacy2U is a distance selling (internet only) pharmacy based on an industrial estate. • As a patient, you cannot have any face-to-face contact with Pharmacy2U. Distance selling pharmacies like this are only allowed to deal with patients by post, telephone or internet, not in person. • Prescriptions from Pharmacy2U are delivered by Royal Mail, unlike your medications handed to you in the dispensary by a member of our team, or personally delivered to you by our own driver. • In October 2015, Pharmacy2U was fined £130,000 for selling its patients’ details to marketing companies including an Australian lottery. The Information Commissioners Office subsequently found that this data was used by the marketing companies to deliberately target elderly and vulnerable patients. • Over Christmas 2015, Pharmacy2U failed to send out prescriptions for three weeks, leaving thousands of patients stranded without their essential medicines. • In February 2017, the Care Quality Commission inspected Pharmacy2U and found that it was “not safe, effective or well led”. We believe that an internet business like Pharmacy2U is no substitute for your local dispensary. Please support us to continue caring for you and your family by ignoring any correspondence from Pharmacy2U and obtaining your prescriptions here at your local NHS dispensary. Thank you for your support
Pharmacy2U is NOT your local dispensary and has nothing to do with us.

Please read – this may help you save the life of a person who has suffered a sudden cardiac arrest.
Wherever you live, wherever you work, simply knowing the location and postcode of your nearest Public Access Defibrillator may save valuable seconds when ringing the Emergency Services to report a suspected cardiac arrest. When you dial 999 the Ambulance Call Handler will ask a series of questions and should your patient require it, they will identify the nearest available de...fibrillator to you, and give you access details. This information will be freely given if you are within approx. 200 metres of a defibrillator that the local ambulance service are aware of, and if there is another person available to go and fetch the device. The most important element in a cardiac arrest is to ensure effective chest compressions are carried out. If you are outside of this 200 metre distance and know the whereabouts of an available defibrillator, you can choose to send someone to fetch it. You should ensure you know the access to your nearest defibrillator as some are locked and require a code or remote unlocking. If you go to a cabinet and find it is locked, providing the Ambulance Service has this cabinet listed they will be able to provide the information you require to gain access. You will need to call 999 and give the postcode of the cabinet location. All defibrillators listed have been allocated a unique call sign which should be written on the cabinet and should also be given to the Ambulance Service Call Handler if written on the cabinet. There is no legal responsibility for defibrillator owners to have their device listed with the Ambulance Service. We recommend you store the postcode of the nearest Public Access Defibrillator cabinet on your phone, wallet and by your telephone at home/work and ensure that you know the access details.
Saving seconds can save lives.

Saw nurse elaine today, would like to say how thorough she was, answered all my questions with two children ( separate appointments) didn't feel rushed like I normally do with some, amazing nurse

User

Only giving this due to Dr Clayton and I hope she sees this..such a caring doctor so kind and understanding and patient I cannot praise her enough

User

My 5 stars go to some of your staff I have had the pleasure to speak to. Your Doctor J Clayton. Is the nicest and most professional doctor I have ever spoken to. (I remember one doctor literally googing my issue years ago), where as Doctor Clayton will bring out her book and explains everything if she needs to and she gets jobs done when you need to. Also some of your dispensing staff were extremely helpful when they didn't need to be. I understand some have had a negative experience with you but I just want to share a positive experience.

User

I just wanted to put a post on here to thank the all the staff at Munro medical centre X I know people complain about them and yes sometimes you wait ages in there and aren't always given the right information or you can't get an appointment for weeks though I think most doctors surgery are the same, but had it not been for there pushing and phoning pilgrim hospital day after day then referring me fast track to Peterborough I'd probably still be waiting to find out what was wrong with me and still be wondering after a scan to check for gallstone what this unusual shadow in my right kidney that they found was X instead I'm recovery at home ( yes I'm in pain and I'm uncomfortable but I'm here and it's not ) after having the whole of my kidney removed along with the mass X and since being home from hospital they have gone out of their way to help me and make sure I'm as comfortable as possible xx so thank you Munro medical centre you really did go above and beyond to help me and I owe your staff big time especially Dr clayton who has helped me more than I can say xx Jem Frost X please feel free to tag anyone that works there xxx thank you all xx

User

User

Fantastic care once again. The kind doctor stopped on until 6pm to see me as I couldn't get in earlier even though he was due to finish at 5.30pm. Was given the anti sickness jab needed and treated with the greatest care. Many thanks to all involved today.

User

Appointed, assessed, diagnosed and prescribed within half an hour of turning up on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you very much Theresa, I'm confident this will help. Fanatic service!

User

In process of taking legal action due to absolute failure in care. I have no faith in this centre. Have moved to another.

User

I not believe before that something like discrimination in Spalding is possible. But today I get experience-.GP G Wheatley drove out me and my 5 years daughter from his practice room. Looks that person is too far from understanding what is tolerance and what protect Equality Act 2010. And I am APOLOGOZE about situation
