Day 11 of #marchmeetthemaker is REDUCING WASTE. being as sustainable as possible is important to me and my business. I try my best to use minimal use of plastics (zero plastics once my recycled parcel tape is used up and switch to paper parcel tape) in my packaging using recyclable single walled cardboard mailers instead of Jiffy bags. It’s s a huge myth that Jiffy bags are recyclable, I detest the beasts! My parcel tape is made from 100% recycled plastics. My business cards ...are all made of recycled and FSC card. I like to source cute paper bags to wrap necklaces in for a bright and poppy packaging. All of which can be reused or recycled. In fact the cardboard boxes if you remove the tape can be put into your compost bin,the worms adore it and it’s great source of browns for your compost. #sustainability #sustainablebusiness #recyclereusereduce ♻️🌿💚
