We went into the Gants Hill store in Essex today. I asked the man behind the counter which ones were the sorbets? He showed me and asked if I'd like a sample of the rose sorbet. I was intrigued as I had never had it or knew it existed. It was fabulous and I had a scoop and my husband had the lemon which I also tasted and it was amazing, so lemony and refreshing. We chatted with the staff who were so helpful and friendly, such a pleasure to have great products as well as great staff. Can't wait to take our son who just turned 9 in to have an icecream. He is going to love it!

I have been to the seven sisters branch tottenham on many occasions! And love the waffles crepes and milkshakes lush!!!

My only kwarm is that they need more seating and tables.

Milkshake was lovely as always. Had to wait 30 minutes for a baguette to be toasted- can't imagine what possibly could take that long as there was only us in there that they were doing anything for. Not to mention all the wasps that are hovering around on us in there around the main counter etc and the 'no-lidded bins' which must be attracting them. Then my milkshake got taken away after a wasp was all over it even though it had a small amount in the bottom which I was still drinking???

Had to wait for tables to be cleaned before we could sit. Shop was dirty. Dirty cutlery.

Asked for crepe and was served a burnt pancake

Visited with a group of friends last night, ordered the usual milkshakes, waffles and crepes, however I had also ordered a Diet Coke. The Diet Coke was in a plastic bottle, opened it and noticed it was not fizzing, tasted it, it was flat. The date of expiry was APRIL 2016. Took it to the counter were a very rude woman insisted the date on the bottle was the date it was made, not expiry. She was very offended by my comment, then a gentleman also working offered a glass bottle of Diet Coke.. This expired in FEBRUARY 2016. They instantly emptied the fridge of Diet Coke and poured it down the sink, no offer of money back.



Your stock should be checked and rotated daily. I dread to think what else hasn't been checked in the premises. Trading standards I'm sure would not be impressed.



Stock rotation in a place selling food / drinks is of the upmost importance. It's common sense.

Sort your loughton branch out, i drive past every day and your workers are standing outside having a fag and scratching their balls! Very off putting and not to mention unhygienic!

Loughton branch never ever has crepes or pancakes- take them off the menu! Waited an hour for a regular milkshake and the place is a state. The girl in there is very rude and messed up loads of orders then tried to make it the customers fault.
