Oh wow... one day I hope to be this good!

All the little Ballerina's made at last Saturday's workshop... Brilliant work by all the students... you would never know they hadn't made figures before... each ballerina had it's own expression .. it was a pleasure to teach them. We all had a good laugh... loads.of lovely food and great company. Best of all funds were raised for the Causeway Branch of BSG so we can get some more demonstrations organised... if you are interested in sugarcraft and want to know more about the guild pm me and I'll send you some links ..

We got our engagement cake here a year ago.. it was stunning.. but we also have got every birthday cake for my daughter.. who has allergies.. always brillant,tastes unreal and she always goes the extra mile as alot of bakers dont do theses cakes.. total gem!

I adored my westie 50th birthday cake! It was so detailed and captured their personalities exactly, especially thst wee black nose and pink tongue!! This lady is a true craftswoman!
