Me and the girls rolled up there last night, no reservation so could not get into restaurant. Went into shisha garden and apart from one grumpy guy the staff were amazing! Friendly and funny but also very respectful. Gave advice on shisha and cocktails happily. We ended up eating in the shisha garden and the food was Amazing! Can't wait to go back in the summer. �

I hosted my brother’s engagement lunch at namaste lounge for approx 150 people �.



Namaste Lounge’s service by Srini and his entire team (from the chefs through to the waiters/waitresses up to management) was just incredible!



I would highly recommend namaste lounge should anyone have any upcoming events!

Amazing food and service, been there a few times, and yesterday was in the glass private room at the back for the first time , we were running late, and they couldn't do enough for us to make sure the food was serve in time with the drinks we ordered. They showed a complete professional hospitality from start to finish. We were a group of 11 with a small child. Would definitely recommended going and booking.



Due to the restaurant being so popular and fully booked most time the 2 hour dinner slot on Saturday is quite adequate. Well done Namaste Lounge management and staff for smooth running a large restaurant.

Nice restaurant with a modern decor and a good bar and food was also great. Cocktails can be a bit in the pricey side but they say sign of a good restaurant is by how or not it is and this place was packed out.

I was there yesterday at a private function, it was a fantastic day all round! The venue was amazing, great atmosphere all round, the food was amazing, the staff were very friendly & couldnt do enough for us, service great including the bar staff & waitresses, I would have given 5* but the only thing that let it down was the toilets, one door didn’t lock & it was so dark in there it made you feel disorientated! Come on guys us girls like to be able to fix our hair & lipstick! Gets some light in there please! X

Shisha was also good part from how careless the staff were. One of the security gaurds was extremely nice and took care of me and the girls and even let us in without paying entrance fee in the club since he saw that we were there for ages (another wasn't going to let us in without paying even though we paid about 100 pounds already).

the attitude of the bouncers as soon as me and my friends queued up was very disappointing the arrogance was unacceptable eventually when we got in we were not allowed to walk in certain areas as we didnt pay for the vip area but to get from one end of the restaurant it was just impossible to get through without getting squashed then my friend left her jacket inside but the bouncer was just being very awkward to her coming in to get it said she had to wait till everyone left i will not be going there in a hurry even though its only 5 minutes from my house����

We had some friend later wanted to come in & have dinner. So we spoke to manager regarding those empty tables. So he let them in but they had to pay £10 each because they didn't book in advance. There is no facilities for hanging coats/jackets but would not let use chairs either.

Again, spoke to manager. He behaviour was very arrogant. He started pointing at the booth we should have hired for £500 for the evening or if we have bigger group than there is a £1000 one to hire. Cocktails & drinks was really watered down. It was not only us who thought, other people at the bar was moaning about their cocktails. Dance floor is so badly designed. Only thing was good was the DJ & bollywood music.

We booked this restaurant for birthday celebrations, Our waiter took at least half and hour to get us our bottle of wine, even though surrounding tables were being seen to? our table was surrounded by Fruit Flies, which we kept having to wave away from our food, I have since found out that Fruit Flies are attracted by dirty work surfaces, wish I had known this then as I would of walked out before eating! Waitress took my friends starter plate away as she was still eating, main meal was MEDIOCRE. We noticed a few surrounding tables receiving well wishes/Sparklers from staff, we received nothing even thought I had informed Restaurant of our celebrations. We left without paying the service charge as our service and experience was awful. I would not recommend nor return to this place, Fur coat and no knickers is how I would describe this restaurant

Service is appalling!! It has been two occasions where we have ordered a take away and on both times it’s taken two hours to arrive and been cold when delivered!!! When we call up for an update the phone is put down on us! Rude! We were supposed to get 35% off after our first take away delivery was so late but this did not happen!

We are literally sitting here now but service is terrible, rude staff , we had ordered our starter and then no body came to clean the table , non of them asking us further , when we found manager came near to our table we said excuse me he ignored! We called again , he came to us and stated rudely let me show the other people first and then served us instead he should say sorry for the delay .

Then we’ve-ordered our mains and ask the waitress-could we get our drinks first please the answer is afcourse ! Such a nuisance!

They signed us not to come back anymore ! Les see whats further services will get !

This was my 6th time I have been here and becoz of it being a lovely place in the past, I decided to travel 70 minutes again only to be disappointed. The drinks took forever to come, the staff/waiters kept saying they were new so didn't know the answers to anything we asked and the menu somehow as been changed to a horrible tasting one. What a waste of money. The food was absolutely horrible. Just 1 question to the management....why would you change a perfectly great menu where your place would always be full and ppl would travel from far to eat your food to a horrible tasteless menu. You've lost a loyal customer and I will be telling my circle about this too. And Btw the atmosphere was dreadful and All the old friendly staff gone too. All the best wishes for the future.....your gonna need it.

Management needs sorting out, our dinner for 8 people was so rushed, we barely sat down to mingle and the waitress kept asking us to order our food. we had to order our starters and mains together, and it came together. No replenishment of drinks offered either. The waitress stood over table, very rude, even took our plates before finishing to make sure we were out by 10. We weren’t even offered deserts. We complained to the manager as we weren’t willing to pay for service, his attitude was even worse, like we were in the wrong. Didn’t enjoy our meal at all.

Intended to watch the football in the outdoor area. Was lied to when enquired about booking by being told tables are based on first come first served basis. Turned up early only to be told tables had to be booked and were all booked out. To watch the game inside the bar was told I had to pay £20 quid per head to watch the game. Place is a money making scam riding on their Desi rascals popularity!! Not going here again!

I have to be honest, this is the first review I have ever done of a place. Food was ok but the service was poor - 30 minutes wait for service for dinner at every order point to the extent we had to order drinks every time we received drinks. When we mentioned this we were met with a grumpy face. We then went to the shisha lounge where a friend wanted to smoke and were told it’s policy to order a minimum of 3 and if we weren’t then we have to leave even though there were spare tables. We left. We were waiting for taxis and were told we couldn’t wait inside for the taxis as we weren’t in dress code despite being there from 630 pm and spending over £500. Utter crap service, policies and disregard for customers.

Booked A Table on Monday for Thursday and was rudely told by Srin that no booking was made and turned away in the rudest of manners...this guy was so rude and had no idea what customer service is. I explained I could show him details of when I called the duration of the call but was told without an email I was lying. What a discourteous way to treat customers. I also asked him who wouldve answered the phone at the specific time and date of the call only to be threatened with security and told he doesn't have to tell me anything. I really had high hopes of this venue but after the way I was treated I wouldn't recomend anyone go here. Ruined what shouldve been a great night out organised and booked days in advance

Only thing was good was the DJ & bollywood music.

I was so disappointed that evening. I would not recommend Namaste Lounge to anyone.

We booked this restaurant for birthday celebrations, Our waiter took at least half and hour to get us our bottle of wine, even though surrounding tables were being seen to? our table was surrounded by Fruit Flies, which we kept having to wave away from our food, I have since found out that Fruit Flies are attracted by dirty work surfaces, wish I had known this then as I would of walked out before eating! Waitress took my friends starter plate away as she was still eating, main meal was MEDIOCRE. We noticed a few surrounding tables receiving well wishes/Sparklers from staff, we received nothing even thought I had informed Restaurant of our celebrations. We left without paying the service charge as our service and experience was awful. I would not recommend nor return to this place, Fur coat and no knickers is how I would describe this restaurant

Service is appalling!! It has been two occasions where we have ordered a take away and on both times it’s taken two hours to arrive and been cold when delivered!!! When we call up for an update the phone is put down on us! Rude! We were supposed to get 35% off after our first take away delivery was so late but this did not happen!

Right let me tell you ! We are literally sitting here now but service is terrible, rude staff , we had ordered our starter and then no body came to clean the table , non of them asking us further , when we found manager came near to our table we said excuse me he ignored! We called again , he came to us and stated rudely let me show the other people first and then served us instead he should say sorry for the delay .

Then we’ve-ordered our mains and ask the waitress-could we get our drinks first please the answer is afcourse ! Such a nuisance!

They signed us not to come back anymore ! Les see whats further services will get !

My experience today was the worst ever and I WILL NOT be coming back to this place again!! This was my 6th time I have been here and becoz of it being a lovely place in the past, I decided to travel 70 minutes again only to be disappointed. The drinks took forever to come, the staff/waiters kept saying they were new so didn't know the answers to anything we asked and the menu somehow as been changed to a horrible tasting one. What a waste of money. The food was absolutely horrible. Just 1 question to the management....why would you change a perfectly great menu where your place would always be full and ppl would travel from far to eat your food to a horrible tasteless menu. You've lost a loyal customer and I will be telling my circle about this too. And Btw the atmosphere was dreadful and All the old friendly staff gone too. All the best wishes for the future.....your gonna need it.

Management needs sorting out, our dinner for 8 people was so rushed, we barely sat down to mingle and the waitress kept asking us to order our food. we had to order our starters and mains together, and it came together. No replenishment of drinks offered either. The waitress stood over table, very rude, even took our plates before finishing to make sure we were out by 10. We weren’t even offered deserts. We complained to the manager as we weren’t willing to pay for service, his attitude was even worse, like we were in the wrong. Didn’t enjoy our meal at all.

Intended to watch the football in the outdoor area. Was lied to when enquired about booking by being told tables are based on first come first served basis. Turned up early only to be told tables had to be booked and were all booked out. To watch the game inside the bar was told I had to pay £20 quid per head to watch the game. Place is a money making scam riding on their Desi rascals popularity!! Not going here again!

I have to be honest, this is the first review I have ever done of a place. Food was ok but the service was poor - 30 minutes wait for service for dinner at every order point to the extent we had to order drinks every time we received drinks. When we mentioned this we were met with a grumpy face. We then went to the shisha lounge where a friend wanted to smoke and were told it’s policy to order a minimum of 3 and if we weren’t then we have to leave even though there were spare tables. We left. We were waiting for taxis and were told we couldn’t wait inside for the taxis as we weren’t in dress code despite being there from 630 pm and spending over £500. Utter crap service, policies and disregard for customers.

Booked A Table on Monday for Thursday and was rudely told by Srin that no booking was made and turned away in the rudest of manners...this guy was so rude and had no idea what customer service is. I explained I could show him details of when I called the duration of the call but was told without an email I was lying. What a discourteous way to treat customers. I also asked him who wouldve answered the phone at the specific time and date of the call only to be threatened with security and told he doesn't have to tell me anything. I really had high hopes of this venue but after the way I was treated I wouldn't recomend anyone go here. Ruined what shouldve been a great night out organised and booked days in advance
