Visiting my sister in London they all decided to go to Nando's Hounslow branch. I wasn't sure as I'm a really picking eater. Not ever been. Was unsure what to eat. The staff behind the till Fabio was extremely helpful and very patient with me I asked him so many questions bless him not once did he looked annoyed, but made me feel comfortable he's a credit to your restaurant. Special thanks to Fabio, We were seated by a lovely member of staff called abdi who also came over few times to see if everything was ok. Will definitely be visiting again.

The service and food was great. The server took her time to ensure we were well attended and that we enjoyed the foodüëçüëç

I really love working at Nando's in Hounslow but training at the moment as a trainee waitressing, doing lots of hardworking job tasks serving lots of food to the customers, using the till, cleaning, tidying, hosting (as the customers arrive and enter through entrance doors), sweeping all the floors, getting food out of the fridge and freezer, stocking napkins, packets of drink straws and clearing up lots of dirty plates, cutlery, glasses! üçΩüçΩüçΩüçΩüç¥üç¥üç¥üç¥ü•Ñü•Ñ ü•Ñü•Ñüçπ‚òïÔ∏è

I'm hopefully and really love to have paid employment job the future because, I'm doing fantastically but I'm feeling confident and happy at the moment but I'm taking one step at a time and concentrating wat job tasks need to do.

I love my colleagues and managers at Nando's in. Hounslow they're lovely people and I'm like a family from them for the rest of life with my other real families too üò¢‚ò∫Ô∏è‚ù§Ô∏èüñ§üçóüçóüçóüçóüçî üåØüçüüç¥üç¥

Excellent as usual! Food is always great here but what stood out this time was the excellent service! Alex was brilliant & took care of our table request & was very welcoming! Well done team Hounslow!

I thought it was really nice & the staff were very friendly. The food was good

Had an early dinner at 6.30pm. When we went to place order at the counter the order taker was pleasant and had a smile on her face , but wasn't sure about the beverages offered on the list.

She didn't know the name of the wines and after ordering a red wine removed a rose wine off the fridge ÔøΩ and asked another colleague if it's the red wine .

Also the glassware was not the CLEANEST.

Otherwise, it was a lovely meal.

Slow service,as per usual. Three off us ordered at the same time,but yet again the third person has to wait 15 mins for their food to arrive

Hit and miss as always. You never get hot food with nandos it's always lukewarm and you can count the chips on both hands. It's expensive and had it not been for the Kensington branch I would stop eating Nandos. When they get it right it's good though.

Good was ok but really slow to be brought out. People who came in after us got their food first. We were asked to move to accommodate a large group so we did but we were moved to an area that was really cold. Not great although I guess you get what you pay for.

They don't like single diners here. I asked if I could sit in, was told there would be a half an hour wait for a table. Decided to get a takeaway instead but when I got inside there were several empty tables and people who were arriving after me were being seated after a few minutes. Go to the one in Chiswick instead, they're a lot more welcoming there...

Food was shit. Creamy mash wasn't creamy was also hard. The customer service was mediocre but I'll allow them as it was end of day. Food was really quick I'll give you that one. Don't recommend it tbh

Very rude staff. Myself and my friends, which one of them had a baby got seated at a table where one of your staff members told us we needed a high chair to sit there. After ordering our food and waiting while the baby was in the high chair our food arrived and we tucked in, to be told that we have to move tables as high chairs weren't allowed at this seat. We then had to move all our food and drinks along with our stuff and the baby in the high chair to another table with the staff members staring at us with no help at all!

Ordered quarter chicken with two sides and I usually love their chicken as its fully cooked the skin on the outside is crispy but two days ago they gave me raw chicken with the fat on top raw, I tried to avoid eating the fat but it was all over the chicken and i could still taste it. Came home and felt okay, the next morning I had the most upset stomach ever and it didn’t settle well with my stomach so I was extremely disappointed at how they made that mistake.

If I could rate it lower, I would! Manager accused us of lying about watching the staff cross contaminate our gluten free food, because they'd forgotten to make our order. Offered nothing in way of apology, glared at by all the staff. Toilets weren't in a useable state. Urine and paper strewn everywhere, and received disgusting response from the manager when mentioned the state. Worst experience ever!

Got half my takeaway order wrong so offered me a free meal whenever I visit again. Went back and said they had no record. Rubbish service twice and rude staff who could not care less!! And now hungry
