We were in London for the rugby and stayed til today

Staff were very friendly

A couple of errors with the order but sorted immediately

Highly recommend to anyone

This place was excellent and on an event day too the service was faultless, the food was very hot, fresh & probably the nicest Nando's in a long time. Really enjoyable.

I loved Grilled Chicken..Love Nandos Restaurant with good place to eat, amazing Staffs, Excellent !

I love this restaurant. They have a wide variety of Peri-peri sauces and drinks from wines, soda to fruit juices. Their grilled chicken is much healthier option along with a salad. The price is reasonable and their service is very fast. They also do takeaway.🍗🍴😊

First time at Nando's on a trip to London the branch was in Brent, Wembley and got to say it was very nice and all the staff where very nice, top marks all round.

Went Nando's, LDO, Brent. Very nice. Only had to wait 10mins to be seated and they were busy. Thighs were delish and couldn't fault the staff especially as they got us another round of drinks to avoid the queue

Ordered boneless platter and wings along with grains salad and chips. Chicken was soft and tender.

Ordered extra hot and was happily surprised to get actual spicy and pungent chicken on my table..that was awesome.

Fa cup final. Seated quickly ordered mixed platter for 2 arrived promptly. Very busy. Staff still had time to bring more beer. Attentive but not in your face. Vgood.

Its cool for a quick bite to eat. I just wasnt used to ordering my own food and getting my own silver ware

It was ok , was seated quickly and wasn't much of a queue , my friend ordered a chicken wrap and paid for it , then literally straight after was told that they had run out of chicken so she couldn't have the chicken wrap !! She got to choose a sunset burger instead which was good , but I don't understand how Nando's can run out of chicken lol 😂😂😂😂

Other than that the sunset burger was delicious but next time I hope they have chicken in stock !!!

We were seated quickly, then served by the rudest person I've ever met, she was slow and had no knowledge of the products being sold she had a not interested attitude , she missed the add ons to our meals also so I had to que again to order those a second time, our refill glasses where warm and each time our refill drinks where empty the glasses where taken away?

There was no cutlery available the drinks machine was dirty and didn't have the same choices as other Nando's do the ice machine was overflowing with ice ( you struggled to get your glass under) which in turn meant there was wet patches of floor with no wet floor signs, when our food was brought out things where missing so again I had to find someone to bring those out. The Chicken was so dry!

Half the table was cleared while the other half were still eating and then pretty much rushed out as they wanted the table back, all in all probably the worst Nando's I've been to.

I've never been to a Nando's before !!. Seated quickly by a lovely lady . Looked at menu and ordered . Food took a short time to arrive again by a lovely lady . After a while another lady asked if all ok . Food was ok but I am a fussy eater so didn't feel the love but that's just me !. No problems with service.

Very disappointed Nando’s to hear you have stopped the veggie burger?! Interested to know why as you have lost a large amount of loyal veggie consumers who relished the thought of a restaurant actually catering for the veggie community with a tasty veggie burger that didn’t have the stereotypical broccoli or sweet potato - oh but that’s what you have replaced it with which by the way I did have a try today and can say it tastes vile. In addition to this disappointing visit with two young children we ask for straws and we’re informed that you’ve stopped straws - what next?! Very disappointed customer and certainly will not be visiting Nando’s any time soon.

The worst Nando's I've ever been to! It was more warm outside than it was in the restaurant! The fans were blowing cold air and everyone was wearing jackets as it was freezing indoors.

Finally the food came really fast and I started eating and the mash potato was half frozen. The worst Nando's ever!

Really gutted with our Nando's today. Firstly we had to wait 15 minutes for a table ( only two of us at 14.00) after waiting 15 mins they seated us at a table which was available when we walked In to the restaurant! There was no need for our wait. Also they left the left overs of a party of twelve visible for all new customers to see, (via the window) which made the whole experience dirty. Disappointed will not return!!

Poor service and food very expensive for what we were given it was very busy and this affected the quality i had my meal back twice and it ended up being unfit and unsafe for consumption have reported it to the food standards agency and wouldn't recommend it to anybody! Mouldy bread ���
