very nice funky decor, first time i'd been in this nandos, food very nice and hot, staff friendly, would come here again
Very polite and attentive staff. My wife loves the seed mix stuff you get with the wedges... I asked if it was for sale and the manager I think brought over a bag and said.. ssshhhh... 4 little pots of the mix. Nice One.
This is only the second time we've been but we had a really great time, and we it was a friends birthday and they were more than happy for us to have a cake once we had eaten.
Staff are very friendly. Served my Lucy and she was lovely :) couldn't ask for better service.

I was served today by Danielle as I’ve seen on my receipt. The lady was wearing a navy blue shirt and thats the only way i can confirm, as i forgot to read the name badge. All i can say is how amazing the service was, Nothing was too much trouble, the lady delegated people extremely well and ensured she did everything she said she would within the acquired timeframe. What a breath of fresh air and if only every person in this country took that much pride in what they do then everyone would get along and the UK would be an amazing place to be. Glad to see someone that strives so much in there customer service as she does. I have always enjoyed eating at Nando’s and have just read through all of the reviews, all i can say is it makes such the difference having such a friendly member of staff that cares. I hope you see this feedback and thank you so much for everything today. I will definitely be returning to Nando’s Orpington. (located in close proximity to the walnuts shopping centre)
I went to the restaurant yesterday with my fiancé and the food was very nice and the best Nando's experience of our lives we would recommend it to family and friends and would definitely come back here again
Great welcome, seated quickly, delicious food and lovely surroundings. Very attentive staff, well done. Will be back again very soon.

Excellent service last night, food great and waitress looking after us deserves a pay rise. Tuesday 15th about 8.30 pm .
Very good service, even gave us takeaway containers - genuine quality service !
As per usual Nando's is on fleek. Extra hot chicken on point, garlic bread was peng, chips were lit. Didn't take long to be served. All very good, also, nice interior design!

Very clean and well organised taken to our table very quickly. After ordering food brought in 20 minutes and very nice

Only thing is food service to slow but food very good
We had to send food back as there was hair on our chicken burger. Didn't eat it again as looked like the same one.
Just made a telephone order only to arrive to pick it up and find they didn't place the order. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Not at all impressed.
