We were there June 2017......lived it. Can’t wait to go back to London.

We got a table very quickly, ordered food easily and it was efficient and arrived after a short time. Food was delicious, would go back on a future visits to London.

The food was excellent

The chicken was absolutely delicious! We got the lemon & Herb in a meal deal type thing and got 4 different sides. Fed our entire group for a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly enough, although they did forget one of our later additions and two of then shared a quick kiss and flirting behind the counter, a little bit awkward but it was clean and the food was great.

Loved it! Will definitely be back!

Seriously loved it. Always liked Peri Peri sauce so finding a place that you can coat your chicken in it makes me happy.

Waited 45 minutes for food while over tables around us recived their food first even tho ordering after us. Have to say my wife's food was hot and very tasty mine however was not great. The chips and garlic bread were hot and nothing wrong with them but the chicken burger was cold. Manager said he would do me a new one which was good of him but I was more than happy to have my one warmed up. New burger arrived which was ok. Warm not hot. Manger checks back on us which I replied food was ok not hot tho. Telling me it should be hot as was on the grill for 5 minutes. Anyway I finished the food and we left. However while waiting outside for my wife I turn to see the manager pointing at me through the window telling another staff member but me complaining which my wife overheard as she came back from the toilets. Not the best nanados I've ever had. Not the best experience from the manager ether as I know that's not what Nando's expect from their management team having been a manager at Nando's myself.

Food nice, didn't get extra chips with my meal so cancelled them as I'd already finished! Forgot my Nando's card and somehow they weren't able to print off a redemption code for me to put in on the app. One worker clearly didn't wanna be there!

Why do u like to serve chicken raw??? Deliveroo orders are soo raw it's scary! And when calling to ask for It to be well done u still manage to send it raw! Your manager needs to stop smoking Dick!

Order taken wrong: firstly ordered two butterfly chickens - taken down as chicken wings; secondly chips ordered as sides for both - only one taken down. Good job I checked the receipt so could go back and correct at the till - twice once for the error, once for the omission.



Music blaring out so everyone in the venue had to shout to hold a conversation (possibly a factor in the problem with the process of ordering the food).



Food arrived promptly. Butterfly chicken supposed to have crispy skin but was not at all so, plus only one had chips. When this omission was pointed out to the waitress she quickly returned with some. After a few moments she returned and said we had to pay extra for these chip, which I refused - it was their inefficiency which caused the omission.



Whilst eating another member of staff paused by our table to ask if all was alright, to which I replied the chicken skin was decidedly not crispy. He apparently could not hear my response due to the loud music and asked me to repeat. When I said I was not going to shout to be heard he simply walked away.



Just before we left the music volume significantly dropped allowing normal conversation to resume.
