Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. It's a handy being on the doorstop to Euston and they have little tables for one so it's good if you're a lone traveler ���

Great service lovely food and excellent value. We visited here in between hospital appointments and thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite being a busy lunch time the organisation was superb and we had our meals served in record speed, hot, well presented and really tasty. Well worth a visit! We will be back.

Food and staff were very good,tables were a bit close together..however,saying that it was great value for the money.

We were sat at a tiny table for one, squashed against another family of 3 so I moved one up to the end to give ourselves and the family more space only for another family of 3 to be sat between us.

I asked for 2 bottomless drinks and was given a glass so small I had to refill it 6 times.

After we moved tables to one standing on its own, another family of 3 were seated into the space we had vacated.

Not a good visit which was disappointing as I frequent Nando's often and usually have a very positive experience.

That tiny table near the loos needs removing!

Last 3 visits, sweet corn been cold...sits around too long. Once you can accept...but I eat here every few weeks and getting annoyed now!!

Food came very quickly but wasn't very warm at all. When we mentioned to staff that food was cold they just smiled and walked off. Didn't finish meal

Food and service is good but tables too close

Busy but quickly found me a table, food tasted good, just a shame pass wasn’t managed and food left on it too long, started took to long to SmartView_Frame and not consumed before mains arrived too

Tables much to close together. Ended up knocking things over on the next table because of lack of space. .. very embarrassing! Food and service was ok.

Rude staff that don't have to provide any level of customer service as the restaurant will always be busy given it's prime location.

currently writing this review at euston nandos waiting for my take away as i was refused the window seat i wanted. Maybe because i was not in a suit. These seats were reserved...didnt know they reserved seats. 10min later still waiting for my food, 2 men IN A SUIT walk in an are offered the seats which they didn take. These were single seats just happen to be 2 seats next to each other...20mins later i received my food.....to only get back and see its the wrong food and black avocado 😑......Euston nandos it was pretty disgusting how i was just treat and if it wasnt for the fact i had 30min left to eat and i last ate at 5am i would have gotten a refund OHHH i forgot to mention my chicken being throw on then counter when it was being checked.....

Really awful experience tonight waited 1 hour for food. Spicy rice so dry not eatable and box hardly filled up. Sweet potatoes wedges soggy again not eatable. 4 pieces chicken were so small ridiculous. Will not go there again �

I visited nandos in Euston and was very disappointed. The starter i ordered took about 40mins to arrive and was cooked very bad. Seemed more boiled then grilled. In my burger the tomatos seemed as if they have been kept in stock for 3weeks, also i paid for a salad however never received anything. I was to angry to ask and just left, very low standards

Bought this for take away, turned it around when i got home, to find that it was burnt � ... disappointed!
