We love this place!! We drive all the way from Chelmsford just have Nando’s in Becton... only one negative point is long ques !! Nice services, nice staff

We came from the US and happened to stop in. Gobz was amazing and helped us with our order! His extreme hospitality was beyond expectations! The entire staff was soooo nice and the food was fantastic! Highly recommended here!!

I just loved the food with my family staff was great and very helpful although we had to wait for 20 minutes may be busy time overall we enjoyed it yes I rate it.

I love Nando's and love it even more when the staff are so helpful and kind to my dad �

Excellent restaurant, outstanding customer service and delicious food. What more is there to say. Love Nando's and we were well looked after when having a birthday celebration dinner this week. Won't be long until we are back there.

Went to this branch yesterday evening with the wife and youngest and really enjoyed ourself.



Food was hot, staff were on point and it made our time there great would highly recommended this place

Staff was friendly got a table straight away but it was a long time before the food came and when it did come it was wrong but it was rectified quickly.

Not a fun of Nando's food but the kids love it, avoid going on the weekends as it can get busy but the stuff were polite & helpful😊Have no complaints

Well first of all waiting is unnecessary long, food expensive as we eat at GRILLER regularly. Their food is economically reasonable priced and taste is much much better than here. Griller's peri peri burger, rolo & grillo products are very yummy. Better than Nando's I must say.

The floor was very dirty but they did come over and clean it once I had pointed it out. The food was nice when it came but they did get my children's order wrong, and not for the 1st time

My husband and I regularly visit this branch. Our food choices have always been perfect until our last visit, which was last night.



Pretty sure nothing on our plate was freshly cooked. Garlic breads were cold and stale. Corn looked and tasted a day old, chicken pieces were not juicy. The only good-ish part were the chips. Such a shame as this really put me off my meal, and we’ve never really had to complain about the food at this branch.

Delay in seating us even though loads of tables free, apparently not for 2 people! Had to go and get own food as sat for ages on the counter(after chasing twice) and someone else seated at our table when we went to order! Shocking service guys. Food as per usual though so that was good!

The waiting time was absurd! I waited over 30 mins to be served my food. If you are getting busy very quick then I recommend that you invest more in your company by allowing more

Staff too slow like a snails 🐌. Table is too dirty, food not great my chicken is too dry. Not worth my money. 👎🏻

Second and last time when I'm coming in Becton Nandos.

First time we order food and waitress drop coleslaw on my boyfriend shoulder and waitress start lougthing.

But that's fine because shit happens for everyone.. After that meneger came and apologized.

Second time we came 4people ,we ordered 2 no bones platters and they brought for us 3 old corn and one fresh. We asked waitress to change ,she took away 3 corns and sad will bring you new ones.

After 30 seconds she brought for us SAME 3 CORNS.

We ask why you bringing same shit corns?

She sad no it's new one,she was convincing that they a not same...(looks like she not really understand in English)



After that ,She ask meneger come and speak with us.

Meneger Adam,sad sorry and shortly we gonna get new one.

After 5min he come and sad we need to wait 8min.

After 8min he told me we need wait one 1min. Finally we finish all food and Adam came and told us we not gonna get corn..

They refund money. That's it.

Avoid Becton Nandos.

Management is very poor, they start gettting panicked in a situation of busy time when they know it's busy rather then doing something about it, they will start arguing with customers. Management bear in mind we are paying for food and your wages not getting it for free. Very poor pathetic service.

Just depends if your lucky sometimes the chicken could be nice and juicy other times the chicken could be like eating charcoal and fucking disgusting need to sort shit out tbh pay the same money should get same quality food you fucking bunch of rejects

I usually love Nando's but this visit was bad. Over packed, not very clean, wrong food brought and the food that we did get tasted dried out like it had been over cooked. Only one ladies toilet working and the floor was soaked with urine and no toilet paper. Complained to member of staff and they just said ok and walked off.
