Did you know that it is 200 Years since Queen Victoria's birth? This petticoat featured in teh clip is currently on display in an exhibition on her life at Kensington Palace. We were lucky enough to viist the exhibition and see not only this garment but some of her other dresses that were worn throughout her long life.
