Rosemary and Thyme planted..., our English Thyme oil will be available this Autumn

By scrubbing out our old IBCs (these are what carrier oils and ingredients are shipped around the world in), we’ve made a rainwater harvesting system for the field.... now we just need some rain!

Arrived in Bulgaria to meet our Lavender, Rose and Sunflower growers... hope to get some good pictures over the coming days!

This is a fantastic company! Their training courses are 1st class, highly recommended and Tom is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much for him to do for you. He answers all your questions and he's very helpful. I also love their products, high quality and value for money.

This got recommended to me by another customer while I was in Hobbycraft nearby. My friend and I got straight on a bus and came here. I've just spent the last half hour excitedly browsing. They have all the bottles and tins I need to package my body butters, lip balms and perfumes. Can't wait to fill those packages up!

I’ve just completed the 3 day product making course and it was amazing! I learned so much from Tom, the trainer.

The group size was perfect, meaning there was enough time to make lots of products and ask many questions.

It has definitely inspired me to make products for myself and my family going forwards and also as gifts. Who knows, I may even take it further and sell them in the future!

Brilliant cosmetic making course. I wish I came to Naturally Thinking sooner insted of taking courses in other places. Tom, our instructor, is very knowledgeable and nice person, happy to assist and answer every question. Everyone gets to make their own products without sharing equipement. All notes and raw materials provided and there is a possibility to buy cosmetic ingredients to experiment and create stuff at home. Spacious, clean and modern classrom. Lunch, snacks and drinks provided as well which is a nice thing. Three days just flew by and now I am much more confident to try and make my own cosmetics. Massive thank you to Tom and the team.

Excellent staff! Appreciate the kindnesses and warmth and help with our queries.

I was very impressed with their bad customer service, the worst I have seen.



Customer service/ online chat is completely useless, they don't have any product knowledge about how to use their product and shipment out of the UK.



The parcel I have received split it in two, and really dusty.



Now I know why they have some many bad reviews on google. If you decided to consider them as a supplier trust me! please don't. They would make you lose a lot of money.

DO NOT buy from this company. It's been a month and ten days since I placed a big order with NT, and there's no word about it. Here's a full run down of what happened, and also my report to PayPal. Luckily I've placed the order with PayPal and will get my money back. But it came at the cost of time and missed opportunities.



I placed my order on the 5th of April. Naturally Thinking (NT) promises a delivery date of 10 days, so I waited 15 before sending them the first email.



The next day (18th of April) I received a reply from NT saying that they were investigating and would get back to me shortly.



8 days later (on the 26th) NT finally got back to me saying that my parcel had been resent. I asked what did they mean with "resent", what was the reason of the delay, and the company they used for shipping so I could track the parcel.



NT replies saying that something went wrong with the delivery company and they couldn't track the parcel, so they're resending it. They tell me the shipping company (DPD), and I start tracking it.



On the 2nd of May, I still had no news of the whereabouts of my parcel, and the tracking info hadn't been updated. So I contacted NT again.



They tell me that something was broken in the parcel and didn't show up on their tracking. They also said that they were preparing a 3rd parcel for me.



At the time of this review it's been 13 days since I last heard from them, and I'm still waiting for my parcel.



I should've read their Facebook reviews before placing an order. But the truth is, I placed a small order before and it came through alright, so I never thought this would happen with a big order. Apparently, it happens often enough. Whatever the outcome of the PayPal dispute is, I'll never trust this company again.

Bought the ITEC kit to find few oils only had 1 year self life my mate orders same kit with longer dates. Emailed customer services they said the dates on bottles are wrong lol how stupid just to wiggle out of them doing wrong since then no response will defo not be buying from them..
