What a fantastic bunch of guys incredible knowledge and experience

We went here last Friday to do a big shop for grain free raw food and the guy was so helpful we ended up walking away with a whole new education in the digestions of our dogs! He was extremely knowledgeable and taught us loads that was very interesting and vital information for the gut health of our furbabies. Definitely going to keep going back! It's so important to buy from people who know the ins and outs of what they're selling and have a genuine interest rather than from people who are just selling to earn money from it. Thanks so much for the excellent service!

Visited today and staff could not have been more helpful. Great selection of top quality dog food (that's all I was there for I'm sure there's loads more) and excellent prices. Fantastic and I highly recommend

My Mum and Dad decided to switch me and the rest of the pack to Raw food and have been getting the food from here ever since. Mealtimes are so much better. We all enjoy our food much more, fresh meat is much tastier than those dried up biscuits and the stinky stuff in a can. We all feel much healthier as well and this meat is definitely better on our stomachs as our bedroom is less smelly in the morning. Food is great and Mum and Dad say the selection and advice is excellent.

Lovely, friendly and very helpful. I went for the raw food for my little dog and they had a lovely selection including treats! Will definitely be back!

Lovely staff, we enjoy a little chat with them when we go and they are really informative as well. All sorts of treats, toys etc. and freezers full of raw dog food. We don't usually go anywhere else.

Love this shop, it's wonderful to finally have a local stockist of Benyfit raw (and many others!).

Just had our first visit, customer service was really good! The guy was very help and offered lots of advise for our dog. The products are better and cheaper than we have been getting for another company. We will be returning and would recommend!

I changed my puppy’s food to raw a few weeks ago and then discovered Newlands. They are helpful, knowledgeable give the facts and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Definitely be going back.

Huge range of both raw and good quality dry foods on site. Alan is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and if he doesn’t know will find out and get back to you. Highly recommended

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about all the food they sell. Have used them for a couple of years now and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Alan & the staff are very knowledgeable & helpful. As a Dog Behaviourist; it's very important to have a good stockist that will give my clients the very best food for their dogs. Food & Behaviour are very much linked. If you feed rubbish food, don't be surprised if your dog has rubbish Behaviour. We drive past so many pet food shops to get to Newlands and it's worth the journey. We will not go anywhere else

Affordable and an excellent diet for our dog. Raised on a raw food diet and have finally found the perfect place to purchase. Helpful staff, very accommodating and lots of reasonably priced healthy extras to purchase, as well as toys and goodies. Highly recommend.
