great to have NFL back at the home of american football Great access, fast service and great sight lines. Only concern was poor choice of veggie food-how can you serve a falafal hot dog?!

The only problem with the whole NFL experience is the Wembley component! You have to stand in a line for 10 minutes to get 2 beers. You pay for 2 beers and the staff go to the machine and pour 2 beers. The machine there actually can pour 4 pints at a time. The guy behind wanted 2 beers but the staff said they weren't allowed to pour those 2 until i had been served, increasing his wait time by another few minutes. Crazy time management, especially when the tickets aren't cheap. Most of the disgruntlement around was around the provision of the refreshments. Do it better Wembley, please.

Never missed an NFL game at Wembley. Only problems is the state of some of the food and the price for it. That's not an NFL issue but Wembley could make it better but they won't as it's a captive audience. Once you're in, pay for it or don't.......

Loved it, fantastic day out as always with Wembley. Game was brilliant and everything was top notch. Minor complaints are queuing over an hour for the loo or food/drink. It's not acceptable for an event of this scale, and also not being able to do any of the stuff around the stadium due to mega queues. Needs to be better management of people, other than that awesome day out

It's a fantastic experience with a diverse group of nationalities and team fans wearing there favourite team jerseys. The tailgate area is a chance to eat/drink, buy merchandise and see ex NFL stars having interviews and have a chance to meet your NFL heroes.

It was my first time ever at the Wembley, all i can say it was awesome!!! Great Atmosphere, great People and an awesome NFL Game :)

Can't wait to come back to Wembley!

I absolutely love it, yes it's over priced but you expect that really being a stadium in London, it's no where near as over priced as other places. Seating is decent space, great views, modern facilities and stadium it's self. Love it every time I come and that's been a few years now. Only gripe is I wish there was a few more foid options for kids but nothing too major.

An excellent day, a really good atmosphere and superb views, only thing wrong was the queues outside for food and couldn't get near the shop, will definitely go again but will eat before we get there!

A great piece of American Sporting History bringing it to Wembley is a master stroke as we also know how to put on a show long may it last

Ist time at International Series - really enjoyed our day.

Disappointed that the NFL merchandise ran out of commemorative scarves as being a Bengal fan, this was the 1st opportunity to see them live and wanted a memento!

Food, service at Club Wembley was excellent although incredibly expensive, forced to eat there due to the massive queues at the street vendors around the ground.

This will not ruin our day and we will be back next year

I love football and watched since it first came to the UK on TV as well as going to the pre-season games and the International Series. Delighted that my son also loves it and he wasn't expecting to go to this games, and a great game it was too. Sight lines from pretty much everywhere are good. Have to echo the comments about food and drink. £5.50 for a pint of Budweiser is extortion and food choices poor and expensive.

Great game. Great stadium. Prices steep for food and booze (but can't find that too surprising). However, the NFL merchandise stalls seemed far too few this year. I queued for over an hour to buy a t-shirt so missed all the pre-game stuff. Never had that problem in previous years. However, love NFL @ Wembley.

First time at the new Wembley - amazing experience but need a better tanoie, couldn't hear a word that was said, not even by the Ref. Can't eat any of the food but at the prices not bothered, but £2.70 for water is outrageous!

User

Easy to get to, easy getting in & out too - when you consider 80000+ other people are trying to do the same. Not a bad seat in the house. Only gripe is the food and beverage prices and pretty low quality/small choice offering at that. A bit more choice or higher quality and you could probably (just about) justify the prices.

1st year at Nfl Wembley was 2011, a great experience, 5 years later still great but vast room for improvement. Not enought food stands outside, and they seemed to be closed off at most of them not letting us queue, an hour before the game, what was that all about. Not enough merch stands about, always queing for ages. and this year none inside, food and drink inside as always expensive, but the game was good. And great fans to mix with from all nations and teams, Football/Soccer needs to take note. Please please read the surveys you keep sending me and I keep doing and take note your food and drink prices are expensive.

NFL side was great spectacle. Think NFL under lights is more atmospheric than in the afternoon.

The seating and ground layout actually provides a pretty good views but as always toilets are an issue lack of and cleanliness.

Agree with others that the extortionate cost of drinks and food inside and outside the ground need reviewing. Both were overpriced and poor quality. We tried both and neither were acceptable and have been to all games this season and 2014. Twickenham wasn't much better which was disappointing having been numerous times for Rugby and the food offering where good.

It was OK, food rip off drinks a rip off , shame that the prices are so high, because not very one can afford them, plus in the cheaper seats , no chance off a free t-shirt, as have to paid for travel and hotel, just to see the game, the NFL shop very poor this year, buy only selling hat's, no halftime show!

User

Great stadium but the food and drinks are an absolute rip off.

Philip Green that great pension robber would be proud of you.

Come on guys £2.70 for a small bottle of water?

You robbing bastards.

Changed my rating as a 4* didn't quite fit what I think. Been to the NFL games for the last three years and really enjoy the atmosphere and tailgate party. However one complaint is the closure of food vendors before the time advertised. The tailgate closure was advertised as 12.30 however trying to join queues at 11.55 we were told they were closed. However the bars/drinks stalls serving alcohol had no security and no closures which meant that the NFL would happy serve alcohol up to the designated 12.30 but not food. The quality of the food within the stadium is not great hence why so many people prefer to eat from the vendors especially when they serve American food like Mac and cheese and ribs and wings. Who wants a £7 hot dog when you can get a a whole pizza or a decent American burger for under £10. Shame a small thing like this effects what you remember about a otherwise good day out!
