Nhs Blood Donation

This was my second time donating at Tooting a Blood a Centre, and would recommend it. The bus G1 and 493 stops near the entrance. The staff from the receptionist to the nurses are friendly. Plenty of liquids and nibble before and afterwards donating and TVs. The area is clean and you don't feel a thing it over in under 30 mintues! Would recommend to donate!

The staff are really nice. The place is good. There's some free parking. You're doing a good thing!

Staff are all wonderful! They made a real fuss of me at my last donation as it was my 25th.

Platelet donation. Staff are friendly and look after you all the time. Takes a bit longer than a blood donation but well worth doing, feel so proud afterwards

Lovely venue always seen on time was in and out in 30 minutes, it's out of the way for me but I'd rather donate here as it's more organised than than the pop up donations.

It was my first time. I did my research about the topic, but I was unsure how the reality would work. Despite the fact that (obviously) needles were involved, it worked like a charm! It was on time, receptionists were radiating with good mood, nurses seemed chilled and willing to answer whatever questions I had and I wouldn’t call this procedure in particular uncomfortable or painful. This super-friendly lady found a descent vain on her first attempt and I had at least 3 people asking me if I’m ok during that 15 min procedure. I’ll be back for sure. It left me with a feeling that I earned loads of brownie points for my contribution to society. Biscuits selection is also impressive ��

It was my first time at Tooting donar centre yesterday. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was quite nervous so that helped! I will be going back again in May to donate again. I work at St. George's hospital so it was very convenient.

I have been to 3 different mobile blood units so this was my first time at tooting. It was great, I was on time (which I know can't be helped in other circumstances) and once I found the free parking it was easy. Booked my next appointment for here. :) staff are always great in all locations.

I am proud to say that i made my first blood donation on Tuesday.

It was a really interesting experience. The staff were so kind and caring.

First time at Tooting after visiting lots of other venues, and have to say this will be my donation centre of choice now. Lovely clean bright facilities and tvs too! Staff great, as always and even managed to park in a donor bay.

Fab staff, sandwiches, tea, biscuits + wit and repartie to while away the two hours it takes to give plasma and thanks a lot for the use of the office so I could do a work call right after my donation.

Excellent! I'd almost given up giving blood in the face of hideously long waits and rude staff in my local sessions in West London. The staff here at Tooting were polite, caring professional and efficient. In and out in what must be record time. I'll be back!

Brilliant staff and service. I have been going there for years and travel from Brighton to give platelets every 3 weeks. I recommend you go there!

As always the staff were fantastic, really quick getting me through my 27th donation and letting you stay as long as needed afterwards to have snacks and tea. There's even wifi! Overall really easy experience. Will be back in a few months for donation 28 👍

Not as good as usual as short staffed. Arrived 20 mins early for appointment but seen 40 mins late. That being said lovely staff as usual. Very friendly and apologetic for late running. Will be back for next appointment as best place I have ever donated!
