My name is Nickie Murtagh , and I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder working with my sister in law as my assistant. We have a 6-2 ratio - and work as a mini nursery setting. We also offer babysitting services evenings and weekends : ) Please get in touch for more information : )

Birthdays are for Chocolate Cake ! Itβs my daughters birthday today so we had fun helping me bake her cake and making our very own cupcakes ! Happy Birthday Sophie !
Looks like fun - BUT ... learning is more important than fun right ? Learning through play IS fun - and the little ones are learning far than you may think ! Using our fine and gross motor skills - our communication and language skills - improving our self confidence and awareness . We are managing our own behaviour and exploring using different mediaβs ! We are looking at colour , shape , shape and measure and using our literacy and mathematics skills ! So go ahead little ones - have that fun while you play and learn !

What a day - who would have guessed itβs October !
We currently have our daughter at Nickie's and couldn't be more pleased. There is always activities planned and the children love spending time there. It is a fantastic environment for any child to develop and grow up in. A massive thanks to Nickie and Sammy for all they do.
Very highly recommended. Nickie has my son and he loves it. Always fun things planned. X
Our family has received outstanding childcare and support as a result of utilising Nickies professional childcare services. My children don't want to go home, which is an evident sign she provides a warm and welcoming home setting combined with activities that challenge and nurture our individual personalities.
My little girl LOVED going to Nickie's, she was there from 11 months to 2 1/2 years for 3-4 days a week. Nickie is an amazing childminder who clearly loves what she does and ensures the children are in a safe, loving environment that also supports their learning. Highly recommended!
