Nike Town

Yesterday I came to buy new running shoes. The guy who helped me spent a lot of time explaining differences between models, I have ones matching perfectly now!

Love this shop, especially that the kids are allowed to look touch and be free to browse with out security 👀 eyes on them , well done 👍🏽

Great service!! Was looking for something that I couldn’t find back in the States. Found the new Blue KD 11 that has yet to get a drop date. Had to get a London Just Do It tee shirt to go with. Can’t remember my sales persons name but he and his manager were FANTASTIC!! Register 428 Op:404711

Cannot beat the customer service a massive thanks to both Alfred and Cornelius for dealing with my boys damaged mercurials I had no receipt as my dad bought the boots , but yet Cornelius went the extra mile and traced my receipt and met me in person in store to solve the problem and my boy is so happy with the out come cannot thank the team enough

The young guy who helped me was lovely unfortunately there wasn’t many styles to choose from and most of the ones i like were sold out in my son’s size however your SA found it online and ordered it, he was very bubbly and we had a good little giggle. However i was more concern with the ridiculous ‘reduction’ for lack of better words on some of the trainers in store such as one shoe being reduced from £48 to a whopping £47.95 a massive saving of 5p i think it’s disgusting to mislead customers into thinking they are making a saving. I would shop Nike again but I would advise customers to be wary of “savings” and shady practices.

Some staff were more than happy to help but some were quite miserable. The clothes I loved and had I had the money I could of easily bought over half the stuff. Although I love Nike and could live in it, it’s deff overpriced! It’s not made of gold yet thinks it’s ok to charge almost £60 for a pair or shoe wraps which are just bits of elastic with grippy stuff on the bottom!!! Or a hoody for £140.....1 item!�

Amazing shop,but horrific music the dj was dire and was totally ignored by all staff to the point I could easily just popped the clothing I wanted in my other bag and walked out had I been so inclined but then I am a white larger lady so not the Nike London demographic

A good range of clothing and shoes but VERY expensive. A few bargains available. Not see the point of a very loud DJ on the ground floor playing one specific genre of music whilst pushing the speakers past the point of capability and comfort.

A young lad came abd told me :sorry sir we dont have nr 13....!!! I said i need 12 or 12and1/2 . Left again he came back and said that non of the shose i chosen are in stock. I said if i can habe any 12 or 12 and 1/2 from their shose shown on the shelf. After few seconds he looked on his pad and said they have no shose in nr 12 or 12and1/2. Realllyyyyy.it s a massive Nike shop.they just didnt really wanted to help.they were all miserable. Only have one pair of nr 12 the one they give me to run in and they were very stratchy so i wanted to try the shoe i like in nr 12. Or any of themmmm. In the end i ordered a running shoe for delivery. But come on Nike.!!! This is so poor. It s a massive shop they should do more to get the costumers. I was there with my gf.i wanted to vet her some trainers and some gyn kit as she just getting into it. I never been treated like this in any othere shops. TKMax even Primark it s much much better. I will not be going back there any time son....ADIDAS it s the one for me. They always there.their costumer service is amazing to. I only writte this down here so othere people can see my opinion as i know that Nike would not take the effort to reply. I have seen the kind of people work there....

I bought metcon 4 for men and when I came home to Israel I saw it is damaged. I spoke with Nike Israel and I need to get a copy of the receipt in order to replace it here. I am trying to reach the store for a few days and there is no answer and there is no email that I can get in touch with. I can not come to the store because I don't live in London. Please contact me and help me to get a copy of the receipt.

First off went into the store with another brand of trainers ( ouch ). Went there with my daughter and she showed interest in some trainers. Did any of the young staff show any interest? Nope. They are to busy swearing at each other and socialising. DO was good downstairs but as far as I can see it's a tourist trap with poor service.

Disappointed you will not print on a new Barca shirt, that has been worn once.

My son is 9, he doesn't have body odour yet. We have travelled from Manchester after checking you printed La Liga names and numbers. Nowhere on your website states the shirt has to be brand new and unworn.

Customer service is appalling, even on the phone! I don't understand who your employees think they are, you work at Nike?! What you get paid 8 pound an hour... You better take yourself back to school!! Learn some manners while you at it

I bought metcon 4 for men and when I came home to Israel I saw it is damaged. I spoke with Nike Israel and I need to get a copy of the receipt in order to replace it here. I am trying to reach the store for a few days and there is no answer and there is no email that I can get in touch with. I can not come to the store because I don't live in London. Please contact me and help me to get a copy of the receipt.

Some staff were more than happy to help but some were quite miserable. The clothes I loved and had I had the money I could of easily bought over half the stuff. Although I love Nike and could live in it, it’s deff overpriced! It’s not made of gold yet thinks it’s ok to charge almost £60 for a pair or shoe wraps which are just bits of elastic with grippy stuff on the bottom!!! Or a hoody for £140.....1 item!�

Amazing shop,but horrific music the dj was dire and was totally ignored by all staff to the point I could easily just popped the clothing I wanted in my other bag and walked out had I been so inclined but then I am a white larger lady so not the Nike London demographic

A good range of clothing and shoes but VERY expensive. A few bargains available. Not see the point of a very loud DJ on the ground floor playing one specific genre of music whilst pushing the speakers past the point of capability and comfort.

Rude staff that can't be bothered, we won't be going back and I would say to anyone going there for basketball stuff ! Don't. Go to house of hoops instead it's just along the road from Nike town and the staff bend over backwards. Proper shop �

Walked through London rush hour for two hours to find out that you don’t have a single pair of football shoes in size 39 in stock. Any color, any model. Nothing. I know. I asked. They were looking for 20 min but didn’t find a single pair. Whiskey tango foxtrot???

Utterly Poor Service. Not one employee asking do you need anything, standing with a shoe for 10 minuets asking a girl for it then going yes one moment I’m just talking (to a friend/other employee)

Absolutely horrendous, was like this throughout the entire store. Didn’t feel welcoming or make you want to buy anything!! Then when tried the shoes on they had already been worn!!

I dont think i will ever shop thefe. I normally shop my running shose from ADIDAS OR PUMA. their service it s way better. Yesterday i went to the Bluewater Shopping Centre to Nike. Well i thought every minute they can beat me up.staff was rude they just chated to eachothere didnt really helped.was showen 5 pairs of runnin shose to chose from and left. I asked the maneger to check out my balance and recomend me some shose.she in a big bloody mood brought me a pair of nr12 running shose and chuckt it onto the floor. I put them on amd i said i dont like them.she replyed that dont worrie it s only for yiu to run in them for 1 minute. After that she shown me the shose i need on the shelf and she left.when i asked her back and told her what shise i need and the size 12 she left.no word or anything. A young lad came abd told me :sorry sir we dont have nr 13....!!! I said i need 12 or 12and1/2 . Left again he came back and said that non of the shose i chosen are in stock. I said if i can habe any 12 or 12 and 1/2 from their shose shown on the shelf. After few seconds he looked on his pad and said they have no shose in nr 12 or 12and1/2. Realllyyyyy.it s a massive Nike shop.they just didnt really wanted to help.they were all miserable. Only have one pair of nr 12 the one they give me to run in and they were very stratchy so i wanted to try the shoe i like in nr 12. Or any of themmmm. In the end i ordered a running shoe for delivery. But come on Nike.!!! This is so poor. It s a massive shop they should do more to get the costumers. I was there with my gf.i wanted to vet her some trainers and some gyn kit as she just getting into it. I never been treated like this in any othere shops. TKMax even Primark it s much much better. I will not be going back there any time son....ADIDAS it s the one for me. They always there.their costumer service is amazing to. I only writte this down here so othere people can see my opinion as i know that Nike would not take the effort to reply. I have seen the kind of people work there....

I bought metcon 4 for men and when I came home to Israel I saw it is damaged. I spoke with Nike Israel and I need to get a copy of the receipt in order to replace it here. I am trying to reach the store for a few days and there is no answer and there is no email that I can get in touch with. I can not come to the store because I don't live in London. Please contact me and help me to get a copy of the receipt.

First off went into the store with another brand of trainers ( ouch ). Went there with my daughter and she showed interest in some trainers. Did any of the young staff show any interest? Nope. They are to busy swearing at each other and socialising. DO was good downstairs but as far as I can see it's a tourist trap with poor service.

Disappointed you will not print on a new Barca shirt, that has been worn once.

My son is 9, he doesn't have body odour yet. We have travelled from Manchester after checking you printed La Liga names and numbers. Nowhere on your website states the shirt has to be brand new and unworn.

Customer service is appalling, even on the phone! I don't understand who your employees think they are, you work at Nike?! What you get paid 8 pound an hour... You better take yourself back to school!! Learn some manners while you at it
