NMC’s 30th anniversary is just around the corner and here’s another very special recording in the can. What a delight to have Benjamin Grosvenor and Hyeyoon Park perform these new works, specially written for young violinists (grades 2-5), released with music book & CD in March 2019 🎻

OUT NOW: The first release from London based label multi.modal - 'Decoys' - which sees Angus Carlyle and Mark Peter Wright collaborate to produce a 15-minute composition and a graphic score which is then re-interpreted by violinist Alison Blunt, pianist Claudia Molitor and trombonist Tullis Rennie.

Composer Amy Beach agreed to limit her public performances in order to adhere to the role of a wife of a prominent doctor, resuming her career after his death in 1910.
