TIP OF THE WEEK
#Water: we all have heard it before, you must pack and drink plenty of water while out in the mountains. However, we cannot stress enough how important it is to carry enough. Ordinarily a regular adult should have at least 2 cups for every hour they plan to spend outdoors exerting themselves.

Nail clippers!
When #climbing, getting as much of your finger on an edge as you can is always important, to the point that even a millimetre can make the difference. It’s also not so nice to hear that scratching sound when climbing each time your fingers come down on a hold. So don’t forget to always make sure your nails are nicely trimmed, but don’t over cut them as this may lead to cut under your nail :O
Always get them the night before as the tender skin will strengthen o...ver night and it will less likely hurt. Nail clippers are also helpful for cutting away excess skin that could turn into a flapper (which we most certainly don’t want!)
