We have recently returned from a trip to Iceland all organised by Nordic Experience. It was absolutely amazing from the ease of booking - all done by email, replies helpful and in a timely manner - to the travel pack that arrived a week before our departure complete with guide book and map. We had a hire car from the airport which was a smooth process, our hotels were perfect for our needs and whilst we didn't book any extra trips - there was absolutely no pressure for us to - the suggestions and packages available were clear and concise. All in all a fantastic, memorable trip for us made all the better by an easy and helpful service. Thank you!

We have just returned from our honeymoon on Iceland, everything about our trip has been awesome from the planned itinerary to all the exciting excursions and the people we met have all been lovely. Just returned from our trip to Iso Syote. When we chose this holiday we were wondering if it would live up to expectation.. In short, yes it did. Wonderfully, flawlessly organised, with out reps Jen and Lisa that worked incredibly hard to make our stay in Lapland simply perfect. All the activities were wonderful fun for both children and adults. A magical experience meeting Father Christmas in an incredible setting, where we had a private meeting where he told the children all the things he knew about them that left them gobsmacked! Wonderful memories that will stay with us forever! Thank you Jen, Lisa and Nordic experience!

Cannot rate the company staff enough. Nordic experience saved the day with our recent trip to lapland (12th Dec) Finnair gave us big delays and lost our luggage but the reps from this company (Emma and Katy) kept us much better informed than finnair did and clearly tried hard to chase up said luggage- as well as remaining positive! The company boss flew out with special presents for the children (lost in our luggage) and the lapland wilderness experience was amazing. Great customer service and would definitely highly recommend. Emma and Katy you were lovely and really helped in all you did. A massive thank you :)

Best travel agency I have ever used! Just came back from Norway for the Northern Lights experience. Everything was booked through email (special thanks to Steff and Debbie!). They used some of the best local operators. We were provided with all the information we would have needed and then more. One of the best trips of my life!
