Wasn’t sure I was the gym type, but the staff are so friendly & helpful I feel at home here!

I love Pilates & Aqua Zumba and have improved my ability so much this year and I’ve lost weight ~ Yay!

The pool is very clean albeit slippery.

There’s plenty of equipment for a good session.

The cheerful fun staff help with advice, health checks and training plans.

It’s made it so easy to enjoy going to the gym!!

The club is fantastic to visit for my continued health improvement. Great facilities and a chance to meet new people.

Really good place really good gym really big

I love this gym - the instructors are amazing - especially Gemma's combat and GRIT classes and Anthony's spin - really challenging and constantly motivating.

Staff are lovely and the classes are great but it could all do with updating (doesnt look any different since i was a member when it was esporta over 5 years ago)

The machines are often dirty and it is a bit cluttered.

The pool is lovely but exceptionally slippy.

For the money i would expect it to be better

Lovely and friendly staff. Pool and gym were nice would differently use again

Great staff who are very receptive to feedback and always friendly and professional.

Great new equipment recently put in and all of it works at the minute.

Main criticism would be things take a long time to fix.

No Hot water and poor water pressure again! I can deal with that on occasion BUT to have up to 8 exercise machines out of order Treadmills, Bikes and Cross Trainers is not on!! Paying a fair bit of money and have been impressed up until the past few visits!! What’s going on Nuffield??

Lovely swim this morning gorgeous pool never that crowded ...shame about the ladies showers surely curtains are not that expensive!

I love the gym and it's facilities. Sadly over the last ten years of membership, through 3 owners, the consistent weak link is the showers! These are such a basic priority after a workout or a swim and yet they have never been reliable. Last night was the worst I can recall - only half actually operating, virtually no water pressure and no hot water! To cap it all they were all just plain grubby. I think it's time to bite the bullet and invest some money Nuffield.
