Your club is about to undergo a gym floor transformation starting Friday, 15th June!
So in just over 2 weeks, you’ll be able to use the latest innovative kit from Technogym – changing the way you train, forever.
There will be no access to the gym floor as we prepare for the changes, but we’re putting on extra classes during this time so that you can still get the most from your membership. We're also offering supervised studio sessions with full access to studio equipment in... Studio 2 for your own workout (up to 60 minutes per session). Bookings for these sessions are available at reception.
If you prefer, you’re welcome to visit another club too, including Bishops Stortford and Romford.
Week 1 programme Temporary closure of the gym floor. All classes and personal training will continue as normal during the works programme and Studio is available to pre-book for your own workout.

Thanks to my swimming coach Neil for the course of six lessons. Really pleased I can now swim front crawl and breast stroke. Looking forward to practising again next week.

Thank you Nuffield for looking after us teachers and offering us a week's trial. Our first day today. A lady called Becky couldn't have been more helpful. Explaining everything and looking after us. Children included in the trial. They loved the pool. Thanks again.

I miss you, Nuffield!!! No comparable gym in Germany so far... great and friendly staff, great classes, great equipment! Plus, great swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a steam room... I've never felt as healthy :)

Oh and I miss the spin classes so much... still listening to the CD you gave me when I go running, Karen, if you read that :)

Lovely club, friendly people

Went to weight management seminar last night, not impressed! Stuck out on landing as you go into gym so no privacy! Wasn't told anything I didn't already know! Tried to book yoga class for thurs eve, class fully booked and five on waiting list does this not tell you that more classes are need in evening for those id us that work during day!

Gym fab but can hardly get onto any classes with the new booking system ! Preferred the old token system.

Friendly. Staff. Great classes when you can manage to book a place. Need more classes to relieve stress of getting a place. Jacuzzi and stream room not working Saturday. Seems to take long time for maintenance to repair broken showers and toilets. Health MOT very good. Generally happy place to visit if accept something will invariably not be working.
