Lovely treatment today. Shelley was so good I nearly fell asleep during my foot massage. Very friendly salon, lovely atmosphere. Linda is wonderful too. Will definitely be coming back.

Hair is feeling and looking amazing after 'Brazilian blow dry' at NuYu salon. Before my hair was dry and damaged but after this treatment it is so much more manageable and no more frizz in the rain! Would thoroughly recommend having this treatment at NuYu where the staff are both professional and friendly.

Amber is by far the best therapist I've had. Very professional and a credit to your salon x

A very clean,polite and courteous set-up.Staff are very warm and welcoming and make you feel unnervy about embarassing moments.I would strongly recomend this team to anyone.

Would definitely not recommend having a OPI gel manicure or pedicure here, extremely disappointing! Didn't even get lotion applied to my hands or feet and was just a case of getting my nails painted, very poorly... the gel is already peeling off 2 days later....

Useless salon. I made an appointment and they then called me a few days later to move it as they booked the incorrect day. Then I arrive this morning for my appointment, only to be left standing in the cold, no notification of a cancellation, no one answers their phones and no one is there, except another angry client who was waiting in the cold with me. Really inexcusable service.

Useless salon . Had a spray tan booked only to turn up and there be a ‘closed’ sign on the front door with nobody there. No contact to cancel my appointment or to tell me. Travel to Beckenham for nothing .

P***** off!! Booked my app in Aug for a spray tan in nov just cancelled my app 2hours before. I fly tomorrow an now have no tan I am FURIOUS I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER!

I had a bikini wax done for the first time for my honeymoon and even though the staff are great after the wax I was left with loads of wax on my skin sticking my clothes. Also the pedicure was not a pedicure it was just a change of gel nail polish.
