Without any doubt my favourite place to watch a film. There are so few of these beautiful cinemas left in the U.K.

the staff are excellent and welcoming, screen size and audio is amazing and the auditorium beautiful. It would now be lovely to see this building fully restored to its grandeur.

Saw "Dunkirk" this afternoon. Staff were superb, the building and facilities are excellent. I especially appreciated being able to stand on the balcony for some fresh air on a wet and muggy afternoon. A young usher called, i think, Elizabeth was really helpful and informative when I had a question about the presentation. I had a superb afternoon and will be making sure I'll be back very soon. Oh and thanks for the 70mm film strip guys! Keep up the good work!

Red carpet premiere for The Post.

Stay up the top end by the doors folks.

Got some really good photos of Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep and Steven Spielberg.

Always have a great experience at Odeon Leicester Square. Made it tradition to watch any Star Wars film there and the kids love it. Good, helpful, friendly staff as well.

Well seats were very uncomfortable, The leg gap from the front seat was none. which mean if someone wanted to pass you, you had the get up from your seat which was beyond annoying. the only reason i am giving a 4* is because it was a advance screening of Justice League. if it was any other movie it would have got 0*.

User

Was in one of the Studios which is small. I had three grandkids with me so had to use booster seats still not enough to see screen so they moved to the front which was empty. Need to provide better booster seats. But kids still had a good time. if they had not been able to see the film or go to front then I would of complained to the cinema manager.

It's a dark cave in here, I can't see my waffle & ice cream 😐

It has been a long time since I went to a cinema with free seating. Friendly young lady at the ticket office, we were made aware of the size of the screening halls as we were ordering our tickets. Clean and comfortable seats, the publicity and trailers were a little too long, but all in all it was a good experience.

If you are going to sit in the Premier Screen room, get middle seats in rows H to J. The Studios rooms are all different and don't guarantee the best experience. But I find these seats working quite well: Screen 2 - small. C3 C4 best. Then C5, C2, D3/D4

Screen 3 - small. C3 C4 good but D3 D4 are better.

Screen 5 - uber small. C3 C4 best. Then D3 D4. Then C1 C2.

Screen 4 - super small. C3/C4. Better in the front up to D. C is best.

Screen 1 - uber extra micro room. D3/D4 are best. Then C3/C4. Seriously, your living room is probably bigger.

I think it was the first IMAX cinema in London at Waterloo , great experience

To be honest I get a better experience at my local Odeon. The seats are uncomfortable, small and too many rows for the size of the auditorium, bit close to the person next to you. The seats are low, so not a clear view of the screen. As a few tourists are there, they seem a bit confused with the row and seat numbers.

User

Monday afternoon and the main screen had all of about 25 of us watching Murder on the Orient Express. It wa so dark you couldn't see the row letters, not that it really mattered as you could basically sit where you wanted. Seats were very low but reasonably comfortable but I wouldn't have wanted anyone sitting in front of me. Constant drilling noise from outside which I though at first was part of the film! I would have thought the prices could be cheaper, especially for a midweek matinee, which would have brought more customers in.

User

Good screen and crowd vibe but the cinema was very cold which became uncomfortable about halfway through the film :(

Sit upstairs to avoid this.

Going to the cinema theses days is quite different with small screen and small cinema!

I guess if your purpose is purely to see a great movie and sit in very comfortable seats it certainly does the job!

If you want to feel like u r at the movies with a massive screen in a big room with a theatre size of people then it's not going to tick all the boxes!

I am interested to know why the changes?

We were in the studio. Quite a strange experience. You walk through a Costa Coffee, then up and down a few stairs to get to the studio. It is quite confusing. The auditorium is quite small, only about 55 seats. The seats were very comfortable though and the viewing good, though I found it a little loud. Several times during the film people randomly walked in, then out again. Obviously lost and entering the wrong studio. There were no staff around once the trailers had started. Not sure if I would book there again

User

Screen just ok but there is far too many seats for the size of the room and the screen. We were in row H close to the corridor that separates the mid to the side. Beside being quite centeref the screen angle was too far and the screen view was distorted. Also the head at the front seat was on the screen view. This was for the shape of water, which is 65mm so the guys head should not be an issue in standar wide screen movies

User

My seat was at the back of the circle. There was a staircase from street level to the base of the circle then a huge climb to the back of the circle. I suffer from vertigo and did not fancy walking back down the steps. Fortunately the exits at the top of the circle lead to staircases with short flights of stairs with handrails, which eventually lead to street level. It felt like about 100 steps in all. Also the screen was a very long way away.

User

Historic venue centrally located. Poor quality bland refurbishment which now isn’t being maintained and is a disappointment for those expecting a premier venue commensurate with the ticket price. Toilets in very poor condition. I hope some actually reads this who can make changes and improvements.

We visited screen 1 in the Surrey quays odeon......

Has we sat down to watch the movie a mouse ran across the seats below has I stood up it ran up between the seats we was sitting on. I have the biggest phobia of mice and wanted to leave. When we told the manager we was asked what section the mice were seen I’m pretty sure they are running around the whole place not happy
