Went to see a band, really enjoyed it even though the place was full still managed to get served in time. Band were spot on aswell. Will visit again.

Went to see Days Above on Sat 14 Apr. It was packed. Great band, nice pub.

This pub is fantastic place to start your night out where ever you end up going 100% customer service Fabulous atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and always have a smile bus stops just outside and the train station just down the road which is a bonus pub has got easy access to the pub I would recommend anyone to have a drink here.

The comedy Club was a top night. Phil Reid as Host kept it all rolling, despite the small numbers, who made it sound like a full house. All comedians that night were great, in particular Mr Walker. Hope to be at next months.

THE ultimate music venue for musicians and Customers GREAT stage and sound from all round the pub where are you are you will see and hear the band even if out of site in the back room you will see them on one of the tvs every body is welcome always friendly crowds music fans give it a go you wont be disapointed keep music live

Popped into this pub on Sunday night whilst away celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. Great to see a jam packed pub it's not easy these days and it shows just how much work goes into it. The service at the bar was quick and polite considering the packed pub. Great live entertainment and clean too. �

Our local � also had our sons Christening do here on Sunday and everyone said how fabulous the buffet Jacky provided was. Can’t praise everyone here enough. Thank you so much for making our day special. X

One of the Best pubs on the Wirral. Always a warm welcome, lovely staff reasonable prices and fantastic variety of good quality live music.

First time last night when a band was playing went with my uncle rick had the best night I have had in ages well worth going again !!!

Fantastic place, great bands on, great management and staff, great prices, best pub in Ellesmere Port by a long way.

Can't fault it I've tried lol most Happy accommodating bar staff ever more importantly always a top pint and excellent live entertainment for all now all we need is feeding hint hint and I won't have to cook lol ������

Bit of a late review...have to say we had the best sunday lunch ever in this pub.hudge plate of totally home made roast beef with all the trimmings..five different types of veg...and a yorshire pud..was an absoulte delight...and on top of that it was only a fiver...Amazing value..and genuinly friendly staff.... Top Marks..

8 of us had a roast dinner without any advanced booking today. It was absolutely cracking !! Plenty of hot and tasty home cooked food. Landlord and landlady really friendly and welcoming. Cant wait to eat there again.
