Olga Argo is a young classical singer based in London. She is a highly accomplished vocalist, pianist, composer and arranger. Her
repertoire extends from contemporary music into Russian and Italian operas including Puccini.
Between 2010 and 2016, Olga entered several talent competitions; made singing appearances, including the National Latvian song contests , Russian song contest in 2013, won a Swedish Baltic Voyage in 2014 etc. Following her dreams she moved to London by herself to study contemporary and classical music. And while she enjoyed the pop repertoire, she wanted to explore a broader spectrum of music given the power and dynamic range of her singing voice. And that’s how her idea of performing classical cross-over or popera was born, which is a mixture of classical and popular music.
