Sophie worked really hard liaising with the villa owner to fix up a suitable week for us and answering any questions we had. I spent days searching for a villa for us and another family to go away together in the summer. Then my friend after much surfing stumbled across Oliver’s Travels. It was a Saturday night so I emailed them our criteria and Fanny got back to us on the Sunday with a few suitable villas. One of which we booked and the whole process was smooth, quick and easy! Wish we’d found them earlier!!

Have used Oliver's Travels for 3 years running now and have never disappointed. They have an excellent website and extensive range of quality properties, which is easy to filter down to those that meet the needs of the trip such as all ensuites bedrooms or a tennis court and games room.



They always provide an excellent service and a pleasure from start to finish. They also go above and beyond including arranging activities such as wine tasting or arranging a champagne reception on arrival for special occasions. As arranging large group Holidays can be stressful at times, Oliver’s travels are always there to help and would highly recommend.

We rented a ‘villa’ for a family birthday party. The champagne reception consisted of 4 bottles of prosecco and one bottle of champagne for 22 adults. There was no fire alarm, the oven was held together with glue, the bedrooms had locks but no keys so we had to break a door down and there were rats inside the house in the room we were told to store our rubbish. Beware using this company for a special occasion.

We booked a villa through airbnb which was posted by Olivers Travels with availability for the week we wanted. The full amount was transferred and then Olivers Travels cancelled the booking. Getting the money back was a problem. The first phone call, I was told you will be refunded immediately. The second phone call I was told it was Saturday and nobody could help but somebody would call on Monday. On Tuesday, I was cut off and rang back to be told this is your problem and you need to get the money refunded by airbnb and nothing to do with Olivers Travels. I was told it is up to the owner of the villa to notify airbnb if it is booked, and that was it! I wouldn't book a villa with this company as a week later, no prospect of being refunded and no assistance.

Security deposit not refunded after 2 months (and still no news about it) since check out in mid February! Email response from the team is usually after dayssss from sending and call not picked up.
