Wonderful place. Excellent cafe and bar to relax in before. Wonderful auditorium with the most comfortable seats which can recline a little but most importantly are spacious with space on tables between each seat � the seats are raked so that the tow in front lies well below your sightline so you can relax and see the screen. A totally great experience

So.. Where has this amazing cinema been and why have I not been before?.. I almost don't want to tell you how fab this place is.. The sound..the oh so comfy wide seats..the friendly staff.. The yummy popcorn.... In case you all come and there's no room for me.. But once you've been.. You'll want to go back again and again.. A Gem of a place.. Just perfect. X

Lovely classic cinema in the legendary Olympic Recording Studios building. Never had such a comfortable cinema experience before - our very own sofa with two little tables to hold a bottle of chilled white wine and some delicious sweets bought from the little shop upstairs. Will be back for sure!

Just the lushest cinema on the planet. Still get goose bumps when they play the trailer for the original recording studios. Sound and picture quality is superb. The best popcorn and bottles of sauvignon blanc to put on your own table whilst leaning back on your huge armchair. Bliss.

It's a super cinema, I have mobility problems and constant back pain. This place has seats I can bear to sit in for the length of a film, so it's a huge treat to come here. As far as the attitude of staff is concerned, to add to others' comments from my own experience of several visits, I am very happy with the care as well as service I've received from staff in the restaurant, charming people. At the desk on one of our visits, they couldn't have been nicer to us when we'd booked the wrong seats....so helpful despite being busy and fully booked and helpful with what was our mistake. Thanks Olympic studios.

Great cinema. Where else can you sit & watch a film with a whole bottle of red wine in the middle of the day ( a week day) & not be considered to be an alcoholic. The sound is also excellent. Love it. Hot snacks wouldn't go a miss .......

Great cinema. Much nicer than some of the chain cinemas around that charge same price but squash you in. Lots of leg room in this cinema. Relaxed and calm place.

We loved it! Fabulous seating very comfortable and great sound and view, thoroughly recommend! Shame about the bad customer service review you would have thought in this day and age something rather than nothing could be done

I really liked this cinema. From the very comfortable, reclining if you wish, seats, its lovely little bags of popcorn and other treats, the intimate cinema rooms, sturdy tables and friendly staff. Food was very tasty at the atratched bistro although service was not the best.

Always a great experience although when we got there we had two seats in the middle of everyone else because we were told it was full but there were at least 50% empty seats so could have had better seats, I wonder what the guy selling the tickets sees on his screen?

The cinema itself is fantastic. Seats and spacing between them really comfortable. I found the pricing very reasonable as well, including the sweet shop. I will have to echo some of the comments reference customer service. I found the staff a bit abrupt when asking about my pre booked tickets. The coffee shop as well the receptionist was a bit abrupt. However not completely put off and would use again if there is a film I fancy

I love this cinema and go regularly but today's experience of the projectionist putting on the wrong film and the wrong trailers that showed quite an explicit sexual scene to a cinema full of children waiting to see Star Wars was not impressive. Equally unimpressive was a very defensive attitude from the manager when I pointed out to him that it wasn't just the film that started that was incorrect but that the trailers were inappropriate to the audience. Sort out your attitude. Other than that the Olympic is an unusual and lovely cinema experience.

We found the seats in screen 2 really uncomfortable and row B was way too close
